  Svc180 and 172 should upgrade to DDs ASAP, especially during peak hours. Ytd waiting time very long(10mins for 180), and the queue stretch out far already for both.

  How many more units to registered and how many still not deployed?They should expedite the A95 orders to 80 units first and hopes that LTA will consider the bsep A95 too.

  Our neighbours from Klang Valley will start to have Double Decker buses serving them from May this year. Apparently, this is also the first time they are using High Capacity buses. The inaugural bus model they will use is the Enviro500.

  By the way today got 4 Enviros on 857 right? SMB3550U, SMB3581X, SMB3585U and SMB3586S. Not sure if 4 or 3 buses.

  DDs more suited for Penang due to its similarities to Singapore. KL can afford bendies as it has the space. It should have got the KUAs back in 2012.

  you will see more and more cities moving to DD buses given the increasing population, vehicular traffic and road space.
