recently there's some 3 axle trailer enter the basement for loading.. so far not really an issue but probably some minor works can be done

Makes one realize, it's no longer about how "some government policies can have lasting consequences", but more about the sincerity as well as the balls to implement change and clean up the mess they have caused. It is apparent that both the CAAS and LTA has neither of them.
Shame, shame.
I was wondering if it would be feasible to:
Road side terminal at each of the terminals possible.
How about:
Terminal 1: 24 (loop)
Terminal 2: 34 (loop) + MRT
Terminal 3: 27, 36, 53, 858 (proper terminal w/ canteen, toilet facilities, parking bays)
At airport boulevard, all services call, so those who want to transfer between services can do here. This way long distance services will get a resting area to ensure better time management and reduced bunching.
24 and 34 could be the only loop services. Mentioned 24 because sizeable part of its route duplicates MRT. 34 among the services is the shortest trunk. Hence, it could loop at terminal 2.
This way people dont have to suffocate in the basement, all services can use DDs.
The only con of this approach is some people will have to do 1 transfer at airport boulevard stop, but with distance based fare, that should not be such a big issue given the advantages this proposal offers.
Honestly speaking, IMO, I think if they really want to do any modifications, it doesn't need to involve that much though..
Just need to shave abit off the sides of the pavements & holding area for the pax of the existing PTBs at the exiting points (esp T1's), and it should do the trick for the Bendies to mitigate the turning problems..

err, you need to consider the proportions of the 3axle trailer VS a Bendy bus though.
If you're talking about the normal lorry cab + trailer, the lorry cab (the one with the engine) is way shorter than the Bendy bus cab (the front of the bus before the articulated portion)..the shorter length of the lorry cab would definitely give it more flexibility and manoeuvrability compared to the Bendy bus cab though..

Aiya,The alternative T1 arrival mini terminal coach stand there is the best place. Then introduce two feeder buses going to T2 and T4 respectively. For T3 staff they normally enter through B5 and B10 gates,For T1 staff they enter via D40 and for T2 staff they enter through F50 and F54 respectively,All quite centralise from there actually.
Surprisingly SMRT has made sv 964 full fleet high capacity again. SD slot converted to BD.
On the other hand I feel 5073 will be 857 perm. I can't believe they downgrade capacity on 857.

Although 24 does duplicate MRT, it has heavy loading between Changi Airport and Tanah Merah, and even Bedok. I used to take 24 frequently at this sector, and no matter it's 6pm or 10pm, the buses are always packed. There may be more workers at Airport and Upp Changi Rd East taking 24 to Tanah Merah than you thought (although alternative services such as 2 and 12 are there).
Both 24 and 34 are also facing erratic frequency and high loading nowadays, and honestly I feel there's a need for them to terminate at CGA instead of looping there.

I no where said 24 does not have good loading. Among all the other services calling at airport, 24 is the only one that parallels MRT. Also note for those at terminal 1 and 3 better to take 24 as MRT is available only on terminal 2. This proposal is if we want to accommodate DDs. At the same time we cannot omit a terminal without having any service calling there. Each terminal needs at least one service for people to transfer at airport boulevard or need to operate shuttle buses between all terminals and bus terminal. There is no best solution here
24 too winding and it plies almost heavy traffic routings,I really miss the old svc 34 from Bedok to Airport..Unless there is 24M that start from Eunos to Airport

Talking about winding services... 24 is still okay...
51, 61 and 67 are horribly long... and need to be split into two services.

Yes 14 also is too long.. but 14 does serve unique purpose to connect Bedok North Road with Tanah Merah MRT and UEC. But I think even 14 deserves to be split into two services.
If you think 51,61,67 are too winding and 14 serve unique purpose then those 3 also serve unique purpose.Splitting into 2 might need more buses.Delete some sector and make it slightly express would be better..This is my opinion only and please dont use vulgar language againts me..I believe we all here got etique and moral right?
61:Bt Batok-New Bridge Rd / 68:Eunos-Upp Cross St(Loop)
67:Choa Chu Kang-Eunos / 71:Tampines-Rochor Ter
51:Jurong East-Lor 1 / 108:Hougang-Bt Merah

My response on 14 was for Bedok sector... I do believe 14 also is too long and winding and should be split.

I like your suggestion on 61. That's exactly what I would have suggested. Just that I would number the two services 61 from Eunos and 71 from Bukit Batok.
For 67, I think it should be CCK / Lor 1 Geylang and 68 from Tampines loop @ Middle Road
For 51, I think it should be Jurong East Interchange loop @ Tiong Bahru and introduce 150 from Hougang Interchange to Buona Vista Terminal.
Yes we will need more buses, but I think the quality of service provided will be better.
svc 4 where got dd? i no see. today wait so long. no dd. i think only weekday and that too only 1 i think. anyone know for sure or guessing.

Seriously there should be a long distance service in Singapore with maximum fares of $4.50.Lets say from Jurong East via Jurong Town Hall/AYE/Alexandra/Harbourfront/
Kg Bahru/ECP/Marine Parade/Still Rd/Eunos/Hougang hahaha
