176,188,963 can go WAB anytime now,Just replace those O405s with A22s and kick some bendy slots to DDs.911 add one A24 you get WAB too.

IIRC SMB270Y is under 960AP15, fleet add for 960 that time.
But for now, seems like it's rather like WPDEP SP than WPDEP 960 -

OR
2. Some 960 Hispano Habits ongoing refurbishments -- which I guess TIB1144U is one of the buses included.
