Maybe Lsk138 could add onto this as well, but from what I know:
1) There's 3 Citaros which has been sticking to Sv 109 for the past month. 6606P 6747R & 6759G. I know 8620J did Sv 34 on one weekday last week or the previous week, but not sure about the rest.
2) Out of the 4 you mentioned, 8649C is definitely perm HG 109 still. I see it on Sv 109 practically everyday, on its usual timings. 6076T is not on its usual timings, but Lsk138 says he still spots it on Sv 109 on another timing. So I'll leave that to him to confirm again. 8888D is on 6076T's timings today, didn't spot 6747R or 6759G yet on Sv 109 today.
3) I think high chance there's a fleet add to Sv 109 after Sv 109A was introduced. But idk where's that 3768A after the first few weeks.
Anyway, today spotted 3720L & 6746T on Sv 109 so far. -

Think for 3791C & 3789P, your inference should be correct so far according to what I observe too.
6050S has been on Sv 10 for quite awhile IIRC even before the ad went up. But not sure if any missing bus from Sv 10?
Doubt 3800P is perm Sv 168 though. It's quite unlikely imo for them to add again to Sv 168 after they just added 3394U to Sv 168 last month. Might be a long-term cameo. -

8620 and 8888 seem out of 109 bus keep running around and now 6747 6759 keep doing on this svc for few wks liao still no sure whether they r perm or not with no perm stix seen yet !
as for 3768A dun think fleet add to this svc bus never seen on 109 anymore

3394U still on Sv 168 today though on its usual timing. Not sure if it's the same slot that you spot later on in the night, because I spot 3394U during AM Peak usually.

6745X should be perm somewhere alr, spotted w/ new Freshkon Alluring Eyes advert on Sv 27 today. Not going to name any possible perm sv to avoid more unnecessary misunderstandings.

3394U been doing same slot using former 7666J one (last 2 car). Ytd n thu n these few nights on same A/P slot! Now 7656M should become S shift! 3107H,7672R,7570B n 7666J still on A/P. Today 7666J replaced by 7442M last 3 car. Think slot Change alr

ppl already say that it is a spare bus during ITE holiday.. like that i also can say 6647/6648/6650/6651/5087/5082/5052 all are spare cos all running around for 3-4 weeks already....

Svc 10 has 6050 added back, no missing bus as per wiki. Could be possible timetable change, and one fleet add.

Yes. Spotted 820H still on Sv 980 on 2 weekdays last week. Idk who edited 820H as out of AM 980 in the first place though.

Haha. Can't blame them if they keep adding buses to Sv 168. If what they did to Sv 168 is biased, I suggest you look at the freq Sv 72 is running. IMO those 2 svcs are comparable if you want to talk about biasedness, if any.

Instead it seems that 139U is hardly seen on 980 these days (maybe I am wrong). 129Z always on 980 every now and then...

Leaving services lik 27/36 in complete lurch with not taking effective steps to provide better commuter experience on these heavily croweded services.

Well, I last saw SMB139U in AMDEP maintainence area on 23rd June with a paper that seems to state 'Do Not Deploy' (not lay up notice). Not sure whether it is out of the depot since then.
