Yes they can upon the Chief Technician approval and they had to feedback to LTA also on what purpose the tuning is.

SBS3221K - 241
If I'm not wrong. Either replacing the missing SBS3299L or SBS3214G. 3214 was still around 2 weeks ago. 3299 have not been seeing it since Feb.

I suspect it is replacing 3299L based on observations as 3299L isn't around for quite some time,
If I'm not wrong, 3014S, 3809M, 3810K, 3644Z, 3221K operates on weekday AP (based on 10am-11am observations)
I'm not sure if 3064P operates on AP or S/E, 3064P seems to be the BSEP fleet add (replacing the BSEP wright)

There are quite a number of random buses doing 241 for almost everyday. I believe there are quite a few missing buses too like SBS7631J, SBS3214G. SBS7539T seems to be on and off regular. Might need to observe more.

7539T and 7631J seems to appear occasionally during peak hours, and you're right about 241 getting random wright cameos almost everyday, I've spotted a few cameo wrights during peak hours the past two weeks but did not post them in this forums (excluding the 179/241 crossovers)

Speaking of crossover. I believe SBS3113P is the perm crossover from 243W during weekdays pm peak. I've not seen other buses from 243W doing it slot...

I just went to Street 91 and finally spotted 3299L on 241 today, boarded the bus from Blk 962 at 4:56pm, however, I did not observe if there are any perm stix on the bus
3064P, 7539T and 7631J are all operating today, however, I did not spot 3214G (3221K is operating as usual)
I also think that 3113P is the crossover from 243W as I spotted 3113P on 243W quite often but also doing 241 frequently during PM peak

Thanks for the update. Will try to observe again if 3299 are still on 241 tmr.
SMB158P suspect doing 167 from Bt Merah-Sembawang/Sembawang-Bt Merah before doing RWS8.
Why are SBS7454D, SBS7455B and SBS7467S in ARBP on the CDGE Deployments by Depots section, but still HGDEP 80 on the CDGE page and the Service 80 page?

Because no one updated it.
Hahahahahaha
Somebody said 105 will be majority HGDEP minority BBDEP? Then will the CNGs go along to HGDEP/BBDEP?
8017K may be shifting to 962 already
...
SBS3434M is neither on 43 nor 102. Replaced by SG5327M today on 102, and SBS7426K on 43.
SBS3434M has disappeared from 102 since the start of May, but is not on 43 either. SBS3765H is also neither on 43 nor 102 now.

Hmm, yeah the parking lots kind of have a role to play. I'm not too sure about Sv 89/100's parking lot allocation in HGDEP though.
All i know is that even before the KUBs came out (and that's before 2008 when the B1 KUBs came out), the Mk4s from Sv 100 back then already consistently appeared on Sv 89 on Weekends / PHs. So it's not really the same few Sv 100 buses every weekend / every Sat & Sun. But more of, they'll pluck whatever Sv 100 buses and throw them to Sv 89 for the Weekend.

been doing sv25 on same slot (7.25 pm reach AMK, then off service to AMDEP, then return to AMK interchange for overnight parking)...
Is 9535R still seen? Maybe AMDEP is doing the same thing as BNDEP & BRBP - delaying allocating fixed replacements till the VO3xs are officially taken off LTA records (which is on their official expiry date), regardless of whether they are 'unofficially' laid-up in the depots alr or not. Same thing is happening for BNDEP side for 9511J (& Sv 23).
Possibly 9535R is alr gone-case. And then they're just putting 5332Y as temp long-term cameo first to sub 9535R while they source for any better replacements for 9535R's slot (aka B10TLs VSO).
Which would explain why 5332Y doesn't have any perm stix yet..(because it might not be the confirmed replacement for 9535R based on the depot's records)

If you see something you didn't like on Wiki, you can feel free to edit it yeah. No one is stopping you. Just don't turn other pages into a mess like what you did with your Sv 43 page (and by that, i mean, edit with consideration)

not sure about 9535.. but if i remember correctly, that slot is usually 7476 slot.. (that time slot is WAB slot)... so either 7476 is out? or in workshop... or doing 9535 slot instead?

Someone told me 9535R still spotted on Sv 25 on 17 May (Tues) though. So i guess 5332Y isn't replacing 9535R (yet). Probably one of the CDGEs is in the workshop i guess.
Likely same case as 3839D covering temp (for the crashed 3008K apparently for Sv 168)
Has anyone spotted a single decker on 192? SBS8625X has been on 243W quite frequently recently and for the past few days, I've not seen a single decker on 192 at all (I think it was after the DBS ad was removed?), in addition, Svc 192 received a new weekday timetable starting from 16 May 2016
I think there is a possibility 192 may have gotten a SD to DD conversion, giving 192 a full DD fleet though I need to observe more to confirm this, it would be nice for 192 to have a full DD fleet for weekdays
Also, I've not seen SBS8033D on 193 for quite some time
Svc 241 AP fleet (observation is done on weekdays at 11am to 12:30pm where only 5 buses operate)
SBS3014S
SBS3221K - suspected 3214G slot, been spotted for several weeks now
SBS3644Z
SBS3809R
SBS3810M
Yesterday, SBS3064P operated on AP, replacing SBS3221K
