The lay-up doesn't exist, furthermore if it is laid up it should be made immediately and no duties are to be assigned to that bus.
EDIT: Check the road tax date and you'll see it would not be wise to let them out if they are laid up.

I just wonder how did SMRT managed to apply for lay up in advance...this happened first time back in July 2013 to the last 5 Dennis Lances that has not gotten lay up...and here it comes again.

According to sgwiki, TIB551J, TIB552G, TIB553D and TIB800R are out from 190 and replaced by SMB5014M, SMB5015K, SMB5016H and an unknown bus.
Can anyone confirm about the deployment. I saw TIB551J still on 190 today.

TIB800R was on 190 yesterday while TIB552G spotted on 190 today...I think TIB1209S may be replacing one of the rigids though..
