190S151,190S152 and 190S154 along with 190AM52/PM52 are all direct starters from Bukit Panjang, they are not downroutes but direct starters (unless they are starting from Bukit Batok fire station, only then it is a downroute)

I think when BPJ ready 180 still a Boon Lay looping at BPJ Int only and will be controlled by Bulim depot

Thanks...I know where I can check the lay up start dates. It is just that this time round the CACs have different lay up start dates unlike back in October.
