  No, the lay up start date already meant that buses must no longer be in service on that date...but I suppose that they are supposed to be laid up much later by one month, just that the computer system of LTA messed up and made the lay up to be started yesterday (27/12)...

  Yes...The OACs I mentioned are scrapped two weeks ago between 13 to 17 December....
