Hi mr TIB1112L, I just speculate only based on their usual practise of announcing 12-14 days ahead of implementation date. Since it is only 9 days left, so they are unlikely to start on 20 sept as until now no official announcement. Cheers.

Hi mr TIB1112L, as expected SBS 102 is delayed. With GE over, LTA will start announcing its BSEP implementation for Q4 2015.

Not sure why would you like to bring in politics this way, furthermore the route serves primarily Sengkang West, and whilst they had publicised their efforts for 371, they have never claimed anything about 102. Keep your political inclinations to yourself instead of using it for baseless accusations.
