Err no? It went to BU not KJ.
Also I dont consider the WEG to be a new bus. I won't even consider it a bus to begin with, absolute trash.

I did park at KJ at times and SMRT Bulim is part of Kj
Both SG5800M & SG5801K has baby blue colour ticket dispenser.. Instead of the usual red colour one..
Both units also have additional USB covers at every USB port..

For the ex-307P buses, still spot PA7184L and PH6886P having those equipments
For the ex-240P buses, what i seen so far is PA8008G and PC541A had the equipments removed...

Did you even know that buses in SG in the past had no air-con, and the frequency was very low, so every bus was very packed?
At least the WEG has a good capacity. The Citaro is really poorly designed, but please don't talk nonsense!

The MAN A95 is better than the WEG, so does that mean that the WEG is trash?
The A95 has PIS, better doors and more stopping bells, but it ends there. But at least WEG has capacity only slightly less than A95. While the Citaro has capacity MUCH lower than K230UB.
I agree that the WEG still has room for improvement. But that doesn't make it trash.

A95 has more bus stopping bells.
Wright have same overall capacity as A95s
taros and KUBs have similar capacity.
(unless someone edited)
Personally I would also prefer the A95 and E500's over the Wright B9TL's, but I would gladly accept a full DD fleet of Wright B9TL's for 851 anyday if it ever happens.

Haha ya. I hold to the opinion that the B9 is trash. And it doesnt have to be because the A95 is good (I think it is), its coz I dont even like the WEG in the first place! Sure the chassis isnt all that bad, but that's about it. It has horrible bodywork, horrible transmission, etc.
Is there a problem with saying its trash? My definition of trash can differ from yours yknow. I just dont think that LTA should be adding orders like crazy, for a make like this!

People like you is why there is no progress. Because you ALWAYS compare back to the most basic, most outdated times, to justify for the supposed sufficiency of the present.
Do you ALSO know that SG is using the 2005 version of the Citaro? And the 2005 version of the WEG bodywork? And 2005 technology in these two buses?
So idk who is talking nonsense here. But as I've said on the other thread there's no point in saying anything if everyone is going to have the opinion of my words as rubbish so this gonna be my last remarks. Cheers!
Anyway..
SG5822A SG5823Y SG5824U SG5842S spotted parking in this pic..

Sorry, I thought A95 was 135 and WEG was 133. But it seems the capacity has changed.
I also didn't know that A95s have more stopping bells. But VSOs are much worse. There are so few stopping bells on upper deck!

Would you say the same thing if the B9TLs are fitted with an NBfL/Borismaster interior?
How about a Wrightbus SRM?

And who lobbied for them in the first place?
This is a classic case of buyer's remorse in action.

WEG2 was 2005? I thought 2006. Anyways same time period.
if all the B9TLs is sbs7777 type of body should be good. where is 7777??

Oh hell no. I don't want another 180. 😂 You reap what you sow eh. I rather have full MAN A22 fleet than B9TL fleet.

Wright Eclipse Gemini 2 was first introduced in 2008-2009...
