This month, one of the four new bus routes was launched. It is the extension to double the length of existing feeder bus route 386. I guess there will be at least one more new bus route before April.
386 is not a new service, just an extension. Q1 means Jan-Feb-Mar. Period.
So we still wait for 4 services, 2 will be launched in Mar, and 2 will layover to April.

Last time sv 35 extension was also counted as a "new service" in Q4 2014.

I suppose there are actually differences in terms of the route extensions of these two services.
Service 35's extension can be counted a new change (if not 'new service') under BSEP because it is not a newly introduced BSEP service in the first place; but service 386 is introduced as a BSEP service; any further changes to it is not 'new' under BSEP.
I wonder when will there ever be services that connects SK west to the east(tampines/pasir ris/east coast), north(woodlands) & town?

just like 119 because they both were not under BSEP. sv 386 already under BSEP, so cannot be counted as "new service" again under BSEP.
Actually should make kovan into a terminal for 112,113,115 & 119..Can free up space at HCI and PGL

Had proposed this long time back...
though not possible to have 112, 113 start from there given its route.
119 can start from here and some other services like 132 can be diverted back to Kovan Terminal. 132 used to operate out of HG South before it was closed.
Also to create space at HG, 82 and 107 can be easily merged - again a suggestion given by umpteen people.

how go tamp av 7? via tamp av 12 and 9 express?
i think there need to be service for temasek tamp av 1 and south tamp to sengkang and pungg town. all service now go from upper part of tamp town. tamp av 2 and av 1 neglected.
technically you merge 82 with 107, you are freeing up parking space at HG central interchange. The loading will not change in anyway because there will be no deleted sectors. Plus you give greater accessibility to people staying along 82 and 107 routes. probably you will also need slightly fewer buses to operate a merged service too but you will need more DDs because 82 fleet has no DDs. It is a good idea.

If you notice I have already proposed 164 to go via Tampines ave 1 and 2. So cannot propose another service from Sengkang do the same right? Keeping this in mind, I thought would be good to get to Tampines fast but via Tampines ave 7, so basically it will enter at the junction of Loyang ave and Tampines ave 7 and do the whole stretch and terminate at interchange. Right now only 34 connects the other stretch of Tampines ave 7 and it goes to Punggol. So thought this could be a good option. Also with DTL3 coming up, many might want to transfer here for Sengkang service. Just my thoughts.

Maybe you don't even need more DDs because 107 anyway has okay loading. so 8 DDs would be good. Bus optimization + interchange space saving.

I know what you mean to say. But as part of the forum we can always propose ideas we feel are good. I am sure someone from LTA will be sneaking in to read ;)
Yeah even if LTA is not in favour of introducing new long distance services, it would be a good idea to merge existing services that wont be removed so that you have bus optimization + interchange space saving
Expecting that new services to be introduced in March, sv 122 and sv 164 will be announced this coming week.
Quick recap on what these services could look like.
164
Punggol Interchange -- Punggol Central -- Punggol Way -- Punggol Field -- Punggol Road -- TPE -- Tampines Ave 10 -- Tampines Ave 8 -- Tampines Ave 1 -- Tampines Ave 2 -- Tampines Ave 9 -- Tampines Ave 6 -- Tampines Ave 5 -- Tampines Ave 4 -- Tampines st 41 -- Tampines Ave 9 & back
* It might be possible that LTA might just introduce a shorter service that will loop directly at Tampines MRT after covering Tampines ave 1 and not make it an intra-town like 34 but I personally prefer above proposed route as it provides connections to many missing links between Tampines town
122
Bukit Merah Interchange -- Bukit Merah Central -- Redhill Close -- Tiong Bahru Road (Redhill MRT) -- Margaret Dr -- Dawson Road -- Strathmore Rd -- Commonwealth Ave (Queenstown MRT) -- Alexandra Road -- Tiong Bahru Road & back to Bukit Merah.
* There were some who said this service will start from Buona Vista but that to me would be a big mistake considering there is already sv 32 plying this route, and will lead to unnecessary duplication. I anyway expect sv 32 to get 2 BSEP fleet add in the next few rounds once the flats gain occupancy strength.

Hi mr proudtobeme, don't have too high hopes on it going to tampines ave 2. There are just too many services at tampines ave 2. Cheers.
Hope LTA consider cross island svc like from far east to west via central and north

aiyo juz merge 113 with 119 and extend to Serangoon. Punggol int - Serangoon Central (Loop)
112 can become townlink like 291/293 and start at hg south
Dont merge 82 and 107 as 82's route is doing fine and 107 is doing okay too. In a few years time 107's loading will drop and DDs would be removed due to the MRT stations opening in Bendemeer and Geylang Bahru. Merging 82 and 107 would be less productive as it would be a very long route

I hope there's a bus svc from Serangoon/Hougang express to Boon Lay

I agree - actually there is already sv 34 going to Tampines ave 2. Having 164 servinb ave 2 will be a duplication.
164
Punggol Interchange -- Punggol Central -- Punggol Way -- Punggol Field -- Punggol Road -- TPE -- Tampines Ave 10 -- Tampines Ave 8 -- Tampines Ave 1 -- Tampines Ave 4 (where sv 22 plies)-- Tampines St 41 -- Tampines Ave 9 -- Tampines Ave 6 -- Tampines Ave 5 -- Tampines Ave 4 -- Tampines Ave 1 & back.
* If service is not terminating at Tampines interchange, I wish it loops around st 41, ave 9, ave 6 given there are many blocks here that have poor connectivity. Especially west part of ave 9 has no service and people have to walk 400-500m to nearest stop. So would be good to give one service to ply this road.
164
Punggol Interchange -- Punggol Central -- Punggol Way -- Punggol Field -- Punggol Road -- TPE -- Tampines Ave 10 -- Tampines Ave 8 -- Tampines Ave 1 -- Bedok Reservoir Road -- Bedok North Ave 3 -- Bedok North Road -- Bedok North Ave 2 -- Bedok Interchange (looping point)
* this would be the route I will prefer as it gives quick connection to Bedok town that is missing today from NEL suburbs (but knowing that it is only till Tampines, I dont think this route will materialize)
* Alternative to 69 to get to Bedok from Ave 1
* Withdraw sv 18 with the launch of 164 to Bedok (alternatives 164 till ave 1, 28/8 going to Tampines)
