If i didn't interprete your reply wrongly, I guess it's a good thing then. Both Sv 39 & 85's frequency gets massively screwed up whenever there's an accident on TPE / SLE during Peak Hours. And commuters on these 2 svcs typically have no other alternatives to wherever they want to go after Yishun (maybe for Sv 85 there is some I think, but for Sv 39 practically none to Pasir Ris (the bulk of the load) unless you take 858/969 & transfer at the TPE bus stop @ Sengkang)
Yeah bro youre right.Current Terminal or Interchanges without SBST Timekeeper but based on telephone call or normal card tapping is,Yishun,Woodlands,Changi Village,Upp East Coast,Lor 1 Geylang.

Uh, I see I see. I guess the addition of Sv 103 now to Yishun Int + the appearance of DDs on Sv 39 & 85 would justify the new deployment of a physical timekeeper then.
If both Yishun & Woodlands get the timekeepers, I think this meant that SBST has kinda realised that the TPE & SLE stretch is becoming too accident-prone & a constant worry for the svcs' frequencies during Peak Hours. Hmm.
Hmm probably yes,But dont take it seriously cause i only heard from horse mouth.
