Does it mean 854 will have it's O405G's replaced with more A22's?
Current non-WAB population:
854 - 12/29
67 - 14/39
169 - 8/28
67 will get more A24's and E500's from KJDEP. There will be no more additional DD or A24 for 854 coz AMDEP likely wont take in any and even if so, they will be for 61/67.

WAB date is 11/oct. By then you will have the new MANA95s registered which should go to AM 854, AM 67, KJ 67 and maybe 169 might get 1-2 bendy to DD from WPDEP... but 169 already qualifies for WAB

806-Need at least 7 A24s
812-Already qualified but exchange 1 O405G to A24 to play safe
900-Need 1 O405G to A24 at least
903-Must exchange 4 O405G to 4 A24
912-7 A24 needed to exchange with O405Gs
913-At least 5 O405G to 5 A24 in order to qualified
Meaning they have to order at least another 50 units to be safe

The poster is quite misleading... It seems to suggest 11 will skip Rhu Cross which cannot be the case.

Press Release of the Circle Line Stage 6
http://www.lta.gov.sg/apps/news/page.aspx?c=2&id=2bb5e42e-f70b-4456-b4b5-f22718e01bb0
Expansion of Circle Line’s Kim Chuan Depot
7. To cater to future needs, Kim Chuan Depot will be expanded to almost double its capacity from 70 to 133 trains. The integrated depot will also house 550 buses, which will allow us to optimise land use. The expansion of the depot will be completed at about the same time as CCL6 in 2025.
Looks like there would be buses being kept here...
