Hmm... able to see the Citaro on this service and if it is a loop service it would be better...

By the way, I don't know why they're using the old bus stop names... The bus stop outside Hillview MRT towards Bt Panjang is already renamed "Hillview Stn". Same case for the one outside Bukit Panjang MRT.

this is great. Should have an express version (170E - using BSEP B9TLs and looping at Woodlands KTM station) too.

might as well call it 170M where just loop at train checkpoint and back to queen st
unless... after the last stop, downroute to kranji MRT and start as 170 to queen st

Or maybe 170A is actually a full day loop service just like 17A? -

Finally bother to officially announce this service...they had already been operating 170A for some time.

I think should be better frequency as the current fleet of Svc 170 stuck at the Causeway... Hmm, I think that the bus will end at the designated stop and then will start afresh at Kranji MRT Station, unless they want to start afresh at the next bus stop (Opp Blk 1A)...
It looks like to be the former 170 shortworking trip service from Queen Street to the Train Checkpoint (If anyone could remember it on the Volvo B10M Mark II)
