SBS8409D: Weird rumbling at the back of the bus
SBS8912S: Weird run sound at the back of the bus
This morning while i was buying breakfast at Changi V,Saw off svc Citaro going out from the Terminal left turn to Telok Paku,Nicoll Dr then turn into Alps Ave with 4 plainclothes ppl inside..
* SMB1615E, SMB1635Y bodywashed & shiny rims...
* SMB3108P driving along Wlands Ave 7 (Opp Wlands Galaxy CC) @ 1558hr...
Crazy jam in cck int at around 0720hrs to 0730hrs...buses which just came back from its respective start points and buses that just picked up pax were messed up together at the boarding area berth...the parking lot for both bendies and rigids were all full, causing long queue into the parking bay, and at the same time, buses were also queueing up to exit the interchange.
Buses were all late as a result. SMB1588A on 188E that was supposed to leave at 0723hrs ended up only reached the boarding bay at around 0728hrs. The 172 that i boarded (SMB59S -- 172AP02) was supposed to reach boarding berth at 0720hrs, ended up only picked up pax at 0729hrs. Good thing by the time SMB59S picked up pax the jam had subsided a little, and SMB59S managed to exit int smoothly.
SMRT staff were seen running around to direct the buses...a super dangerous scene.
CCK INT jam is not uncommon, but it was really the first time i see a jam to this extent...
CCK need another sub terminal with at least 3-4 service can fit in..CCK Int itself is impossible to extend.
I think i heard somebody mentioned that LTA only kept those Euro V buses purchased from the PTOs themselves or is it they didnt want them at all?If only Euro V meaning those K230UBs Euro IV,VSOs,Tridents,Habits,Volgren Gs can say bye2 next year.If this really true then where are they going sell those 501 units of K230UBs Euro IV?
SMB1325S, 1325P, 101C etc. have "Majulah Singapura Our Golden Jubilee" Stickers at the side(next to front door cock) and at the front(next to WAB decal).
Most buses have them. Buses like SMB3089J, TIB1105H etc. do not have.
Saw several LTA vehicles enter the small road along Queen's Crescent(After Queensway Fire Stn)...a sign of new depot?

SBS6870S (HGDEP 113)'s ABS system is spoilt. BC could drive the bus even with exit doors open. Sometimes, The exit doors would also open automatically and refuse to close.

SMB1586E ticket machine has not been working since 1 month ago (if i not wrong, since 22 May 2015)..no one seems to bother to replace the roll of tickets in it that had ran out...
ever since this bus goes to 307S102, there is no fixed BC and i guess all the BC dun care...

SBS9452X (CGBP 28): Flashing red lights on the dashboard above the rev-counter when the bus is stationary. Anyone knows what these lights are? My glasses aren't sharp so couldn't make out exactly what they are, but they look like triangles with exclamation marks in them. Research online tells me they're something to do with traction control / low traction. I don't personally know as the vans I drive have never displayed this symbol before (and they definitely don't have traction control anyway) even when I fish-tailed once and found that my rear tires were bald.

Simply means the bus cannot move, for a reason such as, the handbrake is engaged.
