  From what I heard, I don't think BNDEP would be affected for 143 & (indirectly 174).. HGDEP is more likely to be involved though. Clear the cross-district swaps (SL/BB to AM/BR) first before swapping among their own district (HG/BB/SL), that seems to be what is happening now IMO.

  This must be the reason why 7585J went Adless recently after removing the HSBC advert instead of waiting for the new advert.

  The reason is from knowing the pattern Sv.60 won get full body adverts easily and usually Sv.154 will get very easily

  bndep also consider cross district.. there are so many SP citaros which can swapped to SLBP...
