You mean PTC. Unlikely because the three main players(SBST,TIBS,SMRT) work together as a cartel. There is currently a vacant plot of land opposite the exisiting Clementi interchange, it's beside block 438. The vacant plot of land formerly stand blocks 439 and 440, but they have been demolished last year. The vacant land has enough space for a new interchange.

My suggestions to the affected services for closure of Lorong 1 Geylang and Sims Place terminals:
Lor 1 Geylang terminal:
Service 11 will be amended
Marina Centre terminal - Boon Keng station (loop) via Raffles Ave, Nicoll Highway, thereafter follow present route to Lor 1 Geylang, continue via Boon Keng Rd, Serangoon Rd, Whampoa West, Bendemeer Rd and return. The amended route will provide a link between Stadium area and Marina Centre, and stadium area to EWL (Kallang) and NEL (Boon Keng) stations.
Service 853 will terminates at Upper East Coast terminal daily.
Service 961 will be amended Woodlands Regional interchange - Marina Centre terminal. The route will be the one on Sundays and Public Holidays from Woodlands to Marina Centre, and thereafter terminating at the terminal. In order to maintain the link between Beach Rd and Chinatown, TransitLink will amend service 82 to terminate at New Bridge Rd terminal, by following service 961 route from Beach Rd to New Bridge Rd.
Service 980 will be amended Admiralty Rd West terminal - Marina Centre terminal. The route between Admiralty Rd West and Middle Rd will remains unchanged, thereafter via Beach Rd and Raffles Boulevard. Affected passengers between Beach Rd and Lor 1 Geylang terminal can transfer to service 100.
Service 56 will be amended to loop in Marina Centre, via Temasek Boulevard, Temasek Ave and Raffles Ave, it will no longer terminates at Marina Centre terminal. This is to provide enough parking lots for the additional 3 services there.
Sims Place terminal:
Service 64 will be amended Eunos interchange - Bukit Merah interchange, via Changi Rd, Geylang Rd, Paya Lebar Rd, Geylang East Central, thereafter continue with present route to Alexandra Rd, then continue via Jln Bukit Merah and Bukit Merah Central, the service will no longer via Sims Place, Sims Dr, Stirling Rd, Mei Chin Rd and Mei Ling St. Service 125 will be converted to operate daily. Service 274 will be extended to serve Stirling Rd, Mei Chin Rd and Mei Ling St, via Alexandra Rd, Commonwealth Ave, Stirling Rd, Mei Chin Rd, Mei Ling St, Mei Chin Rd, Queensway and return. -

Sorry sorry, what I meant is the amended Sv. 56 would turn left from Temasek Avenue into Raffles Boulevard, then following the old Sv. 56 route past the interchange. What about Svc 195 that terminates at Marina Centre?

Yes, there are many possibilities. Yes of course, however to have all SBST services loop Marina Center would mean that the terminal is exclusively TIBS. I dont agree that 961 should be extended to Upper east coast road terminal , the route is too long and tiring . Yes convinence for the passengers but how about the drivers ? Please spare a thought for them .

Bus companies are restricted to the number of services above a certain milage.
