Hi mr smb1368T, the north shore residences I and II bto construction sites are at samudera LRT. They are much much further away from Punggol point LRT. The Punggol point LRT is not opened for construction workers. It is opened for those private residents along ponggol 17th ave. Note the name of that road is ponggol (not Punggol) 17th ave. Cheers. Thanks.

Please refer to the BTO network plan just in case you are not aware. There are 3 more BTOs announced in Punggol North that are next to Punggol Point LRT.

Hi mr busanalyser, can you let me know the 3 BTO project names?
I only knew 1. Name is northshore trio ready in 2021. 150 metres from Punggol point LRT. Cheers. Thanks.
I just took a full loop of Punggol West LRT yesterday. Punggol Point LRT is located along a newly opened extension of Punggol Way. There are no construction sites near the station.

1. Northshore Straitsview (closer to Punggol Point than Samudera)
2. Northshore Trio (launched in Nov 16) right next to punggol point LRT
3. New unnamed BTO announced for Feb 17 launch between Straitsview and Trio, again closer to Punggol Point LRT.

Hi mr busanalyser, means only 2 leh. Not 3. Because you say 3 are announced.
1. Straitsview -410 metres to Punggol point LRT
2. Trio -150 metres to Punggol point LRT
3. Not yet announced cannot count yet. Take note soon to be announced cannot count inside the actual number because in the earlier part of yr 2016, there is also an unnamed bto at telok blangah which was supposed to be announced soon but withdrawn at the last minute.
Cheers. Thanks.
not sure if anyone mentioned but 19 & 291 are going to serve the bus stops outside TP int from what I saw onboard 38 just now

The service already face high volume of pax and LTA still wanna kapo more pax from jam-prone area?

Ok whatever. Still got BTOs near Punggol Point LRT coming up contradictory to what you said before. You still remain corrected. Cheers. Thanks.

That doesn't make sense at all...
Hi mr carbikebus, what are the possibilities of squeezing another new bus service into current Punggol bus interchange to serve the new pair of bus stops at Punggol east end? I seldom see new bus stops built so fast at more than 1 yr ahead of opening of new expanded bus interchange. Cheers. Thanks.
One new bus stop at Tampines Ave 10 before Tampines fire station

Guess will be for the feeder that will do st 85/86 and also cover ave 10 as there are many upcoming condo there such as Alps, Santorini and Q-Bay. Suspect still more to come + opposite side could have more industrial units coming up as the site is reserved for it.

If it is new service, should be launched in Q3/Q4 2017 as the earliest BTO will open for occupancy in Q4 2017. Doesn't make any sense to have a service launched anytime before Q3 unless it is for construction workers.

Hi mr busanalyser, then it is indeed very strange to build the bus stops so early. Almost 10-12 months ahead. Cheers. Thanks.
All, channel news Asia reported that samudera LRT will open in march 2017 next yr. Going to be filled with construction workers soon like currently workers take LRT to nibong station. Cheers. Thanks.

And Teck Lee still has time to open and will open in tandem with developments. Clearly, Samudera and Punggol Point LRT are opening for convenience of construction workers. Now that LTA has started becoming nice to construction workers, I hope they improve bus network access in Sungei Kadut and Tuas South.
