Hi mr path light, seriously the routes you suggest are way too long. Such long winded roads are no longer introduced. Cheers. Thanks.

Hi mr marvel68, I understand but at least give him some chances to change. Maybe if I type appropriately, he may change in the long term. I don't condemn anybody. Cheers. Thanks.

There is the East-West MRT Line, thank you very much. Now go home.
Service 976

Why don't you specify the route? There are 10 different ways to reach Yishun Ave 1 from interchange. Which exactly are you proposing?
Since sv 99 bunching is such a huge issue... here is my proposal for sv 99 modification to reduce bunching
Clementi Interchange <> Boon Lay Interchange
Clementi Interchange >> Jurong West st 91 >> Jurong West st 93 (skips st 92 bus stop) >> Upper Jurong Road (express) >> Pioneer Road North >> Jurong West st 63 (Pioneer MRT) >> Jurong West st 61 >> Jurong West st 62 >> Boon Lay Interchange.
Opposite direction:
will do st 91 bi-directional (with new stops), again skips st 92.
With this change, 99 will have two terminal points. Also covers missing link of 257, when 257 starts to operate from Joo Koon Interchange.
This change to sv 99 will further enhance the intra-town connectivity of sv 99, while also relieving the load on 241 to some extent.

Or: Clementi > Joo Koon Bus Interchange
Hi, I would like to propose a new route for Potong Pasir. This route will link Potong Pasir residents/schools to Aljunied Mrt as there isn't a link there currently other than Service 13 (which the residents have to walk to upp Serangoon Rd or take 142). In addition the route serves the private houses along Wan Tho Ave and Cedar Pri/Sec Sch to Aljunied Mrt as the nearest bus stop from these schools is about 400m away. This route is to mainly give Potong Pasir residents an alternative to 142. Also, this new route will be the second service to start from Sims Pl Terminal. Feedback is welcomed!
Service 146: Sims Place - Potong Pasir Ave 1 (Loop)

A loopback to Boon Lay seems counter-intuitive though ... I was thinking more along the lines of ending it at Soon Lee or Joo Koon, both with MRT links. Anyway, will see what happens after Joo Koon Int opens.

I rather they shift all the Industrial Estate bus services away from Boon Lay Bus Interchange to Joo Koon Bus Interchange.
If they find route 99 long, they can extend it to Boon Lay Bus Interchange.
Likewise, if it is not the practice of the LTA to have bus services calling at bus depots, routes 185 and 502 can be rerouted to call at Boon Lay Bus Interchange.

The berths at Boon Lay Bus Interchange need to change. 2 services need to start from Joo Koon Bus Interchange

I thank Mr Path Light for his online forum reply ('Suggestions on Joo Koon Bus Interchange'; August 10).
I wish he had elaborated more on his points. Due to the two sentences being vague, I can only respond at surface level.
With regards to the reallocation of boarding berths at Boon Lay, I do not think it is necessary. If the reason is because of the traffic congestions at the end-on berths during peak periods, doing that would only avoid the problem for the time being. A long term solution should be applied to rectify the problem.
With regards to his point on the need for two bus services at Joo Koon Bus Interchange, I do not know what to say.
