Yeah. The grass is greener at SGT, SSC and HWZ.
Why? Because they are fake.
SGF is the real deal.

Forget the China - Singapore HSR, extending 404 will suffice...

I would have to say that the route's too windy and unfriendly for long-distance travellers. Why would anyone travel on this route between Bt Panjang and Yishun when there's 171? Also despite the unique routing at AMK, it's still running parallel to a lot of services.
Better to have separate services, such as Bt Panjang - AMK and Yishun - St Michael's. The latter could also do with a modified parallel service. Bt Panjang to YCK is way faster via Mandai Rd than via PIE.

like i said, main point is on intertown connectivity and not full journey travelling
I am wondering, is there a likelihood that the route planners at LTA are having a difficult time creating the new route at Eunos? After all, part of Eunos is in Aljunied GRC: Workers' Party area. If the new route has to purposely avoid Workers' Party area, it may be quite hard.
Think about it, besides 116, has there been new routes launched in the parts of Serangoon, Hougang and Bedok that are in Workers' Party area? Even if there are, none of them actually go deep into Workers' Party area.
Well, 70% of us voted for this; it's okay. :)
on behalf of the opposition members who are not strong at all, I would like to express my concern that this is not fair to the people in Aljunied GRC and Hougang SMC who voted for the PAP. They chose the PAP, yet the PAP short-changed them. During the elections, PAP says that they are here for us, but are they here for their supporters in Aljunied GRC and Hougang SMC now? I do not think so.
enough about the financial statements, NCMP and whatever crap. stop picking on the opposition. you should have seen the reality at the opposition wards. I went there recently. I was impressed at how clean and neat that area is. so contrary to what is portrayed in the media and on social media.
Proposed extension of service 82:

245 W:
Length = around 5.02 km
Total Length = around 10.43 km
Feeder bus service 244
Objective: serve areas in Taman Jurong that are not well-served by existing bus services.
Length = around 7 km

Hi mr AJQZC, this is no longer possible because sbs 82 is going to be transferred to go ahead group in the next few months. Cheers. Thanks.
Proposed service 925D: Woodlands Int - Lim Chu Kang Rd
Service only operates on Friday and Sunday evenings, between 5:00 and 6:30 p.m. Will run concurrently with 925 on Friday evenings. All services 925C operating after 4:59 on Sundays will automatically be renumbered 925D.
There have been various previous proposals similar to this, but this one only operates at the specified timings listed to minimize over-deployment problems.
==========================
Proposed route amendment of service 857:
This is way overdue -- a trunk service serving St 61, with proper two-way links to Yishun Polyclinic / KTP / Yishun South CC / Khatib MRT station. Now that Ave 4 gets a bidirectional service (805), St 61 should deserve one too. This will benefit mainly neighbourhood 6 residents and Chung Cheng High students.
The extension will add about 1.1km to the overall distance (two-way) and about 5-8 minutes to the journey time.
Two pairs of bus stops are skipped -- mainly only long distance travellers will be affected, as there is still 855 to Yishun Central 1 and 854 to Yio Chu Kang Rd. Considering the effort of transferring for commuters at Ave 2 versus those at St 61, the amendment is worth it.
The only concern is whether the road turns support double deckers. (Alternatively 853 or 855 can ply this route, if their fleet can support the additional load.)
Possible follow-up: extension of 859
With 805 and 857 providing more direct links to Ave 4 and St 61 respectively, demand on east 812 is expected to fall, so this section can be given to 859. This frees up half the fleet of 812 for other deployments in Yishun, which can be distributed across 805, 857 and 859.

Your 807 is way too winding. No point with the present services there, and no point introducing a brand new service just for that. Like what I mentioned above, diverting a 857 to serve St 61 is sufficient.
Also, what's with the switch of looping direction for 811 and 812?
No need to introduce so much feeder buses,Will make the Int more crowded.I would love to see 852 and 853 starts from Sembawang instead.Can introduce svc 861 from Yishun--Changi Village via SAP.
