Good suggestion(I had recommended it 2 years back). Just the River Place Condo bus stop at Havelock road gets 40-50 pax per bus during this time.
I think frequency of 06 mins is too high considering that 186 will continue to operate during this time. I rather extend operating hours from 0745am to 0845am as there is considerable demand for Shenton Way until this time.

Thanks for your feedback, based on your suggestions, I've ammended my SWT 186A suggestion timing and frequency as follows:
SWT 186A (3 DDs), operating at 10 mins frequency between 0745hrs to 0845hrs
My original idea was to deploy all the SDs and the remaining 2 DDs to do the full route while 4 DDs will cater to the high demand along Havelock Road during the AM peak hours instead of doing a full St Michael to Shenton Way trip to better manage the resources as I felt that the DDs are best utilized at the Havelock area on 186.

if you have DDs plying every 08 mins from Ganges Ave to Shenton Way, you can deploy 4 DDs... and not have any DD on sv 186 during AM. The St-Michael - Havelock is strictly SD loading hovering around 30-50 pax only. It is only at Ganges and Havelock that 186 DDs get packed. Opp direction loading is even more poor with ranging 20-35 pax on most trips.

AM loading on sv 186 is def > than PM loading. BUT bet 615 and 7pm buses departing Sheton Way get between 60-80 Pax. Loading drops sharply after Havelock road. I think 70/133 crossover in AM is difficult. The 186A proposal is better.
