This reply I got from Tibs is satisfactory:

comfortable ride on our bus service, 854 and would like to apologise for it. We would be scheduling the bus, TIB 1015 back for an immediate rectification. At the same time, we would be conducting checks on the rest of the fleet progressively ..."
Glad to know that they will be checking the whole fleet of Dennis buses.
Better than the crap I get from SBST, however they only need to check certain buses, not the entire fleet, TIB 1010Y and TIB 1011U are COLD enough.
Not only the air con of Lance 211 , the engine of the lance 211 needs to be checked , the conditions of the Lance 211 especially on 1015J is hideous .
Hold it, not every Lance 211 is atrocious, 1010Y and 1011U are in perfect working condition. Good buses, I must say.
