Hi mr sbs6750E, hougang will take some time. Maybe in the next 10-15 yrs. Cross-region line time. They also say pasir ris will build another mall and bus interchange. But not so soon. Sure delay. Cheers. Thanks.

PSR should have an expansion no need new interchange..Add another alighting berth and 1 more boarding berth plus another 12 lots will be enough
Changi Business Park Terminal is under-utilized for so long. Only 4-5 parking lots used at any point in time and there are 7-8 parking lots that are vacant.
Even though all 3 services - 20, 47, 118 are doing v well @ CBP, LTA has not introduced new service from here which is sad.

That seems to be 20's amended route rather than a new route.
02/03/2017 2pm saw the sbs1168G training bus and some bc from ubi ave 2. Eunos link jalan eunos .sims ave east.fankel ave , east coast rd to where don't know

20 got all the way Simei Rd without having to enter Simei St ah?20 got Go Concourse?

How would I know if that would be the amended route anyway? You didn't state which part of "Simei" the route travelled either. I was just guessing.
Even if it's a new route, it certainly looks highly similar to 20. Unless it is extended on the Tampines side, but your previous info that it goes into(?) Concourse appear to tell otherwise.
I wouldn't know in any case. Just wait it out.

But if it's a new service, what's the point of introducing another service that is almost entirely similar to 20, just that it starts from Tampines Concourse Int and skips the inner parts of Simei?
CBP needs a new service. 47 is constantly full between CBP and Tanah Merah. Putting more DDs doesnt make sense, since the loading is low between TNM and Amber. I think 47M will do well just like there is 31A.

Could be a service via Somapah Road connecting Simei MRT to SUTD gate and CBP (Changi South 1). But it needs to go further to Bedok and not Tampines.
Route like this:
CBP
Changi Business Park Central
Changi South Ave 1
Somapah Road
Simei Road
Simei St 3 (Simei MRT)
Simei Ave
Bedok North Ave 4
Bedok North Road
Bedok North Ave 3 (DTL 3)
Bedok Reservoir Road
Bedok North Road (DTL 3)
Bedok North Ave 1
Bedok North St 3
Bedok North Ave 2
Bedok North Road... and back
* Connects Simei MRT to SUTD and other parts of CBP (provides some relief to overly crowded svc 20)
* Connects Bedok North Ave 4 to Simei MRT and DTL 3 (terminate 17A)
* Connects Bedok Reservoir Road to Bedok North DTL3 (faster to go city via DTL3 than back track with 66/228)
* Connects Bedok North Estate (North St 3/Ave 2/Bedok North Road) to Bedok North DTL 3.
One service provides DTL3 connectivity to almost all of Bedok North estate that is not connected to DTL 3 as of today!! + connects Bedok North to CBP.
Full DD fleet.

Peak-hour 47A will do. Then make a U-turn at Tanah Merah and go back as downroute just like 31A.

Even though such a route is feasible, I still think 20 has been planned to ply either Somapah Rd or Expo Dr when DTL3 construction work is done. (Note how 20 is express along Upp Changi Rd East and Xilin Ave)
And your suggested route don't really serve CBP - it barely touches the corner. The stretch of Changi South Ave 1 that you've mentioned doesn't really have much developments.
IMO, the best solution is still to amend 20 to Somapah Rd and have capacity upgrades (loading should have increased since 39 was amended to Tampines Concourse). Then have a new service from CBP to Tanah Merah (to supplement 47) and then serve Bedok North like you suggested. Only problem is that it won't be able to serve Bedok North Ave 4, or else the route would be too winding.
The Singapore Armed Forces’ (SAF) will revamp the SAFTI training area (at the Western part of Singapore) into a new “SAFTI City over the next decade.
The new "SAFTI city" will have "a bus interchange, and an underground MRT station with multiple surface exits". 
I wonder how many parking lots the new bus interchange will have.

SAFTI City is not a bus interchange. The "SAFTI City" is renamed from "Poyan" proposed area. At least its just a small bus terminal, well enough for bus captains to rest.
Bus Services:
172, 405, 976, 977, 978
ROFL. At first I thought you know I was only joking, then I saw you write until like that...
Sorry for the confusion, but, the "SAFTI city" is only a training ground for the SAF soldiers. The bus interchange at "SAFTI city" is only for training purpose, not real.

Hi mr gekpohboy, this SAFTI city must have been thought of during the few months when the govt has some military equipment stuck overseas. Their overseas counterparts only returned to them in feb 2017. The Singapore govt must have finally realized the importance of training in our own country. In other words, we need to be self-sufficient. Cheers. Thanks.
Hopefully, our government will continue to send soldiers overseas for training. At least wait until I go in and ORD, then stop this practice. I want to go Taiwan gai gai. Taiwan got night market. I want to go.

5. Serangoon
6. Clementi
7. Bedok
8. Joo Koon
9. Bt Panjang
10. Yishun
