Dear CZT, considering the new Shenton Way Bus Terminal is to replace the current one, it should have around 24 parking lots. Love, gekpohboy
Dear CZT, with regards to the new New Bridge Road Bus Terminal, similarly, the new bus terminal should have 30 parking lots. Love, gekpohboy
Meanwhile, Marina Centre Bus Terminal at Raffles Blvd has 50 parking lots. The total number of parking lots in the city area is around 105.
Was hoping the new Prince Edward Terminal got boarding/alighting facilities and 28 parking lots at least.New Bridge Rd at least with 26 lots

Hang on a sec. The new shenton way ter change name or is it just you thats naming at conveneince? I mean shenton way can be known as prince edward ter, but is that going to be the new official name??
Wasn't Prince Edward the old terminal that was relocated to Palmer Rd (current SWT)? Also, is NBR moving to the site opposite St Theresa's church? When will Marina South ITH be open for business?

Nope. According to Straits Times, tentatively it is still known as 'New Shenton Way Bus Terminal' back in 2015...unless there are new reports which come out that changes the name.
Good evening carbikebus, CZT, iveco and Gus.chong,
My name is gekpohboy and today, I would like to share with you what I think the new bus terminal could be called.
As we all know, the LTA will construct a new station at the current Shenton Way Bus Terminal site, as part of the Circle Line stage 6 project.
The station will be called "Prince Edward station", and it would probably have physical connections to the new bus terminal at Shenton Way.
Given the close proximity to the future Prince Edward MRT station, it's possible that the new bus terminal would also be called "Prince Edward Bus Terminal".
Thank you for your kind attention.
(pardon my poor "essay". It was many years ago that I learnt situational writing at secondary school. Nonetheless, my point is that the new terminal could be called "Prince Edward Bus Terminal.)
So new Shenton Way Ter has boarding/alighting facilities eh?See got chairs along the berth...

Dear carbikebus, thanks for asking the question. I happened to pass by the new terminal just now. Unfortunately, I did not see any boarding or alighting facility. Love, gekpohboy

I saw it on Wednesday... I remember gt 3 saw tooth berth... I presume that the alighting will be done at the bus stop outside the new bus terminal and boarding in the terminal itself... Should be enough for the services terminating at Shenton Way:
70/107/128/162 - One Berth
130/133/186/400 - One Berth
75/106/402/970 - One Berth

From post media release, there isnt going to be a change in the name of the ter, so its basically gonna be Prince Edward Station near to Shenton Way ter. U can write in to LTA to request them to change the ter name if you wish to
While we see confilcting posts between users GPB and SBS 9256X, i personally have not been down there to see it for myself, but i assume that there shld be at least some proper boarding/alighting facilities. Im sure the LTA would always want to aim to improve commuter's travelling experience, and having a proper terminal with adequate facilities shld do the job. I experience a few of the shenton way services, and most of them asking ppl to get off the bus is kinda rude (but maybe thats only my own feeling so dun take it too seriously)
Looking at the pictures taken at http://landtransportguru.net/, it looks like the new bus terminal would have two "bus stops", instead of boarding and alighting berths.

Wait doesnt 75 start from marina centre? Are you referring to 700? Or are you assuming it is withdrawn when the new ter opens?
And 70,107,162,700 all operate during weekday from morning till evening

I'm pretty sure the photos you saw are the old terminal. Click on the gallery link at the bottom of the page, and it will lead you to photos of the new terminal, with sawtooth berths.
i like to ride the buses here in singapore they are much better than in syria

Oops... My error of thinking Svc 75 terminate there... It is 700

My apologies... It is Svc 700....
Sv9 will swap berths in order to accommodate the extended sv155 from tmr.
Boarding berth for Sv9 will be at Berth B10 (replacing sv25), while the boarding berth allocated for sv155 will be at Berth B7 (replacing sv9).

Good morning SBS7557R,
Thank you for informing us about the changes in berth allocation at Bedok Bus Interchange.
Yours Sincerely,
