But some services from Sengkang can be cut/extended to Buangkok in the future, like 156/371.
Maybe even 374.

It won't duplicate 190 at all except for starting point as 700 will use Keat Hong to reach BPJ while 190 uses Teck Whye. Given how popular 190 is from Teck Whye to Whitley-Orchard, I assume 700 will be v popular too.
Like that wouldn't 700 duplicate 983?

104 and 114 shld be reserved for buangkok too

Also, someone here said Compassvale bus interchange is temporary and will be closed down when Buangkok interchange opens. Can anyone confirm this?
where got buangkok bus interchange?
later in near future along with TP North int

Wouldn't be a problem if 983's frequency is better than 700's.

Depending on the route taken.
It will be a problem if the two routes exactly duplicate or merge. You'll need to increase the frequency and upgrade the fleet of 700 to match 983's, and at the same time ensure bus reliability (i.e. no serious delays/bunching).

How?
See the route I have proposed. Except for one stop along CCK Ave 1, there is no duplication. In fact provides the length of ave 1 and ave 3 with direct connection to BPJ MRT in addition to connection to city.

Well, the RWS basement carpark has a height limit of 4.5 metres, which means any vehicle exceeding the height of 4.5 metres is not allowed to enter.
Double-Decker buses have a height of around 4.2 to 4.4 metres.
Considering the Double-Decker bus is within the height limit of the RWS basement carpark, yes, Double-Decker buses should be allowed to enter the RWS basement carpark.

You are welcome. 😊
It takes about 6 minutes to walk from a train at Bukit Panjang MRT station to Bukit Panjang Bus Interchange, via the underpass to Hillion Mall, an escalator to basement 1, and two rounds of escalator from basement 1 to level 2.
It takes about 3 minutes to walk from Bukit Panjang Bus Interchange to Bukit Panjang LRT station, via a short escalator ride to the transfer level, and a flight of stairs to the LRT station platform.
It takes about 5 minutes to walk from a train at Boon Lay MRT station to Boon Lay Bus Interchange, via the back faregate and a short flight of stairs.

Is ARBP closing anytime soon? Would there be any available space near Science Park II (where 183 serves) for a bus depot?

Pity CGA basement only 4m max. It would be great to see airport routes get majority DD fleets.

Not feasible to build depot at Business Park...Unless its an industrial area,Isolated forest/river..Queensway after the fire station also got forested area but again its near private residence
Unless LTA want to expand ARBP..
