front and back normal SBST livery (with SBST logo) as well.
How long before they go on service?
Depending on the duration, they may wait for the carnival to announce the GCM colour, then paint on the GCM colour. I wonder what arrangement may be made if the bus goes on service before the carnival, though.

anytime... they can just simply put on some LTA/gov ad on the buses and that it...
they should have let SBST operate 805 instead... haha
Hi. Does anyone here have any insiders' information on when would the re-registration to "SG"-plate begin for affected "SBS"- and "SMB"- plated buses? If you do, and if you are allowed to reveal, please share here. Thanks.
So those 9 Citaros is for Wldep,Kjdep or Amdep?Wldep got no excuse of no adblue tank anymore.

When LTA says so. Probably 1 month for a transfer to take place. Not to worry, there are usually spares. Or if it is rejected due to enough buses, transfer to another service.

oh most probably they take the buses from Bulim depot (the ones that parked just beside the expressway) but i remembered that those buses doesnt have the SBST logos
only the SBST colours
Originally posted by Soil2O:Yesterday, I took bus 154 from Clementi to Taman Jurong. When the bus was at Pandan Gardens, I saw some units of Citaro bus at the Cycle & Carriage factory. The front of the bus is completely white. The sides have the SBS Transit livery design, without the SBS Transit logo. If I am not wrong, they are registered with the “SG”-prefix. I guess they are for Bulim GCM.
Regos up until 1040-series...

Dont forget Loyang need it too.
I feel that Sg plate Citaros will be based at Woodlands.
Don't forget a lot of routes can get kicked out from the GCM if they are not behaving well.

I hope Kumho wins. Some Asian balance needs to be brought in to counter the presence of Western operators.
So what is the update on SG-registered Citaros for SMRT? Still in SBST livery?
Anyone know how many units of ADL E500s will be transfer to Bulim and Loyang?Bulim 16(Svc 106) and 4(Svc 189),Loyang how many units?40 units?

SG1692J went missing from WLBP... someone spotted 'SG1182J' heading to KJ driven by SMRT BC, think it is referring to 1692.
Registered on 25 February 2016
SG5046Z
SG5047X
SG5048T
SG5049R
SG5050K

Wldep very smart,They sure dont want those Citaros.
A95s will also be incorporated into GCM.
Originally posted by TIB987K:So what's the 110 buses probably?
My guess is:
SG1700U - SG1748H (49)
There are 5 registered buses and 44 remaining buses to be registered under the current batch.
SMB1421Y - SMB1650C: 230
SMB3117M - SMB3169M: 53
SG1700U - SG1748H: 49
Total: 332
and
SMB3001M - SMB3061P (61)
All currently under BUDEP & KJDEP and some are SP/deployed to services under the Bulim Bus Package.
SMB3063J and SMB3065D [as of checking SgWiki today] are deployed to BUDEP 106, so might be another 2 or 4 buses (who knows .. ), ending up to 63 or 65 buses or in the future redeploy to a non-Bulim Bus Package service and remained with SMRT ...(Disclaimer: This is just a presumption, so it might be wrong ...)
Page 1, Paragraph 1.1
It seems LTA will purchase 175 BSEP buses from SMRT (up from 110 stated in the 3QFY2016 Results).
Maybe some of the 65 buses are A95?
Public Transport Wordpress (aka Land Transport Guru now) says MAN A95s to be registered SG5740C onwards.
