1-for-1 swap with 6449B (from AM 269), unless they decide to do some internal mahjong again in CGBP
(btw 'lemon1974' & 'rui jing', i replied you guys on the previous page as well)

8933G that one need to KIV which bus is out from 269, likely 6536H (which no one spotted yet). Got a few buses which aren't spotted yet, eg 6481G which is definitely in the East side alr.
As for 8351K, should be swap with 6576S (from AM 72) 1-for-1 as well. Because someone spotted 6576S on 518A yesterday, and timings wise, it's on 8351K's 518A slot (not 8248B's)
6536 still on 269 this morning.. 6482 as well. so left only 6481?
weird that they transfer the newer rego over? but left some behind?
might be keeping some for sv136....
spotted some other buses such as 8316/8419 as well etc which u have already edited sgwiki...

Actually not weird..they skip some of the Citaros that i thought would be coming over from AR/BB in the previous round and pluck the newer ones instead. (eg, they skip 6418R from AR 48 but plucked 6552K also from AR 48 to x-fer to Sv 3)
Might have a few rounds i think. Got a few swaps with unaccounted perm svcs too (3453H 3442P in BNDEP now w/o a perm, 3860R 3689U 8570U in AM/BR w/o a perm as well)
But yeah, i think in this case, 6481G is the one out from AM 269 for 8933G. 6481G was off-svc in PSR yesterday morning. With Sv 354 using diff buses for AM & PM Peak yesterday

maybe.. loyang need quite a lot of SD based on current fleet (216 SDs)...thus it seem like most of the citaros will be going over..
so now no more BSEP B9 in amdep i think..
SBS9633R
(AMDEP SP)
(AMDEP 13)
replace 9432
SG 1091T
HG
bus on 100 today

I think i mentioned in the other thread also, but the SDs you mentioned, are based on the current fleets. Which for alot of svcs, are based on KUBs.
We all know that Citaro max capacity in reality (seats + standees) is slightly lesser than that of a KUB (E4 or E5), so I think certain Go-Ahead svcs will need some SD-to-DD conversions when they convert their SD fleets from KUBs to Citaros..
I can not imagine how can Sv 12 cope with an SD fleet of only Citaros and no KUBs during Peak Hours and Weekends..granted there's DDs also on 12..but yeah, think you get what I mean

9633R is with perm sticker? got someone mentioned on another forum that he's not sure because he hasn't seen the perm sticker yet

definitely there will be some fleet upgrade... even with fleet upgrade, they also need way more SDs than DDs... i think sv 2/12 will be full fleet DD under go-ahead..

There should be some A22s and SD>DD upgrades. Slowly they will add A95s (????) and more A22s.
What about service 17?
Anyway, looks like BNDEP is doing the transfers in numerical order of the bus service numbers. So, I assume that 34 will be the first in HGDEP?

So, will services like 34 and 36 need fleet adds then?
Problem with full fleet SDs,LTA doesnt want LE buses?LTA can opt LE Citaros too.
There seems to be a swap between 47 and 118 also, SBS3969L is replacing one of the Wrights likely SBS3512X (now with ad) and also SBS6893B seems to be on 47..almost a week consistently now.

Service 17 don't need any SD to DD conversions. Its frequency during Peak Hours now is alr way too good with frequent bunching. Citaros will help to spread out the buses alittle instead of constantly bunching on 17.

I'm actually hoping Sv 34 and 36 get a Sv 858-style treatment under LTA and the new operator (i'm not referring to fleet adds btw, I'm talking about the other major change on Sv 858 lately)

118 is under Go-Ahead, 47 isn't. 3966U 3969L should be only short-term for 118 since day 1, so you have your answer alr. (:

Bendy buses?
Those bendies will be solely for 858 and 902 like feeders,Others can just use the 3 doors DD if LTA interested to buy more of the concept E500s

Depends on how far LTA wants to go with the new Bendies (or A24s in this case) for CGA svcs. Pretty sure Sv 858 wasn't on SMRT's agenda when they bought those A24s initially.
And the fact that they managed to squeeze those 3 A24s now onto Sv 858 on a daily basis for CGA, means LTA definitely did pull quite abit of strings here & there to make it work. Not to forget the dk how many times of trials they did. If it's SMRT alone, can safely say that the A24s would have never happened on Sv 858.
So yeah, depends on how far LTA wants to go with pushing for Bendies for CGA svcs. If they can make Sv 858 get Bendies, i don't see why wouldn't they buy additional A24s just for Sv 34 or 36 in the future. Having more fleet adds isn't the way to go for Sv 34 & 36 after the switch to full-fleet Citaros, only creates more issues.
Compare between completely building new proper open-air bus points for each airport termina (or modifiying existing infrastructure like what '6750E' mentioned), vs the costs for buying additional Bendies just for CGA svcs. Depends on which way LTA think is more feasible / cost-efficient.
Need to consider the security aspects too though.
I do agree Airport Bus Services do not need to ply All T1,T2,T3. Just ply T2 will do. The skytrain connects T2 to T1 and T3 to T2 is just a 5minutes walk away.
T2 has toilets for BCs and the control centre for SBST sv 36.

T3 to T2 is a 5-mins walk ? Sounds not that bad.
Until you consider tourists with luggage + CGA trying to maintain their Best Airport in the World accolade.

Tourists dont take buses from T2 to T3. Skytrain from T2 to T3, i would say its a privilege.
