Originally posted by SBS3004X:AMDEP and BBDEP seem to take in new DDs one-for-one to replace de-registered VO3Xs. HGDEP takes in new DDs in 'stints', while BNDEP and SLBP take in new DDs aggressively. For SLBP's case I can still understand (because it has tons of VO3Xs for de-registration), but for BNDEP, what is even more strange is that not a single one of their SG53XX Wrights are deployed!
Your last line does not make sense. 5303G 5305B have allocated perm svcs WEF this week yeah. Those are SG-plated. Double-check before you post such sweeping statements please.
Because i clearly edited 5303G as CG 23 alr by 14 May (Sun), and you posted 18 May at night. That's 3 days for you to check. And you even edited that same page on 17 May.
And somehow, i think with all your argument, you clearly forgot that BNDEP has an abundance of SP buses de-registering soon too. Same as SLBP yeah.
There's 2826Y, 9x VO3xs (9526S 9566B 9568X 9573E 9614X 9634M 9647B 9666X 9667T) going off (as in de-registering soon).
And then, 3T 4R 8E 20T 3983U all going to Go-Ahead as well. That's 15 buses from its SP fleet going to be wiped out in the next few months.
And not to forget all the DD replacements needed for the remaining VO3xs yet to be de-reg from Svcs 20 / 23 / 28 / 31 / 37 / 31 / 45 / 87 / 196 etc.
Use some simple calculations and you'll see why BNDEP is taking in so much new buses lately. Your argument (or whatever observations you had so far), are all based on what you're seeing now. Think long-term please.
Originally posted by SBS3004X:HGDEP still has not transferred any spare SD/DD to BBDEP, even after 13 duties from 80, 147, 156, 165 have been transferred to BBDEP from HGDEP.
HGDEP was trying to clear space to make space for all the Go-Ahead buses (both those buses which are perms AND those buses going to GA as SPs as well, which there are quite a few). And not to forget, pending what happens to Sv 136 in the next few months.
That's the main reason for why they offloaded those HG duties to BBDEP side. And even those few HG 50 duties to AMDEP control too if you want to talk about what HGDEP have been doing lately.
So idk what in the world are you going on about with HG transferring SP buses also to BBDEP. They transferred whatever they needed to because of necessity, not because they like to anyhow troll.
Even 3983U's weird transfer from HG 89 to BNDEP is for a reason, just up to you to find out. And no, not SP.

SG5336L is perm 252.

HGDEP take in too many new services recently, thus have to clear space as well.. 117/118/382/134..
there is a perm sticker on coinbox on SG1087... do HGDEP paste SP sticker there? bus was on 100 this week...

SBS9608P after it was gone from BNDEP corner, it went to Pearl's Centre and parked as a de-registered vehicle until the building was demolished with the bus.

The EZ-link card readers were removed because it is brand new. Left is the farecard validator to pay cash. I think the bus already crushed by the demolition contractor. Rooftop gone, the indicator gone, adverts were gone and windows were broken into pieces with the building sculpture.

Yeaps. HGDEP has been alternating between pasting on coinbox or on the pillar for their new updated perm stickers. Most of the SP buses meant for Go-Ahead & under HGDEP currently have the SP stix at the coinbox area, or both pillars & coinbox (3429D, 3487K, 3466X, 1089B, 1098A etc)

More than 10 buses have been transferred to BBDEP, and at least one spare bus has to be transferred as well to meet the 1:10 spare bus ratio.
I missed out SG5303G perm 23 because it was CGBP, not BNDEP.
SBS3093M from HGDEP 62 to BBDEP. On 201 with ad still intact.

got such rule? if so, then HGDEP take in so many new buses (for the new services) , then they also must retain or even add more SP buses? so how can they transfer SP bus out?
AMDEP got 620 buses but only 40 plus SP buses.. so they need to take in another 20 SP buses?

Hahahaha,He got fetish for Svc 43 and BBDEP/HGDEP.
Actually to be frank if you got 500 buses its best to keep at least 35 spare buses.
SBS3445G on 43 today, no perm stix on pillar. The last time I saw it was on 102, with both 43 and 102 perm stix on pillar.

Why is BBDEP not taking in more spare DDs despite its lack of DDs? Transfer 1 more service from BBDEP to ARBP, to make space for SP buses to park.

why u keep insist they must take in SP DDs? if no SP DDs, then use SD loh.. u go see SMRT side... how many SP DD they have????
there was a time whereby AMDEP is running with only 5 SP DDs....
pls check whether there is any more space at ARBP first...

You forget that Bbdep is already at its max capacity and the depot can only take 330 buses the most.Arbp is just a bus park with only 180 lots,If not you will see Bbdep taking part of svc 51,52,105 and 506 and Arbp will take 120,121,122 and 186 also.
The cameo capacity downgrades are really irritating.
Passengers usually cannot board the cameo-downgraded bus, and the BC often has to shout 'Please move in'. This also causes the bus to be delayed.
Sometimes, the BC for the cameo downgraded SD rushes to hide behind the DD in front, and the waiting time becomes ridiculous.
SBST should also get rid of the 50 DM3500s at once!
For SMRT, they should take in some Wrights.
LTA should not buy any more SDs for at least 1 year after the Citaro and A22 deliveries are completed, as there are already too many SDs.
