SMRT has a lot of rejections, so not possible to be WAB until later (like 960 is so desperate in SMRT to be WAB, ended up not becoming WAB from many suggestions)

Scrap all the non WAB Bendies and LTA will supply A95 and it will solved 80% of their WAB problem like it or not.I know somebody will disagreed with me but hell,Do you see how SBST WAB their high loading feeder service?

yes but some guy keeps denying the fact that SBS3429D is a perm bus on 103 (not you) and claims that there is no sticker

Someone saw svc 180 buses park at Bulim beside Kranji Depot take over svc 852 duties from Woodlands,Can confirm?I might think there will be major redeployment too since SMRT cant do overnight parking at Bukit Batok anymore.
My guess will be
Bulim Bus Park:61(Partial),172(All),180(All),190(Majority)
983(All) & 985(Majority).
Kranji Depot:Since some people mentioned Kranji take over from Woodlands then i think service like 700 & 979/M will be full Woodlands Depot in exchange for full control of service 176.Service 925 might be full Kranji Depot while the Sunday one still be under Woodlands.Look out for service 972 also,It could be full Woodlands Bus Park too.
Woodlands Depot/Bus Park:As mentioned above,Service 882 might be taken back by from Ang Mo Kio Depot.Woodlands might take a few duties more from Ang Mo Kio for service 171 since they have transfer over service 852 to Kranji.
Ang Mo Kio Depot:I suspect after they do overnight parking at Loyang,Service like 857 will be fully under them.Cant rule out if they might take back a few of 858 & 969 duties from Woodlands too since theyre allocated to 100 parking lots in Loyang.Suspect Ang Mo Kio will take a few more of service 167 duties from Woodlands.
