Last time stix for BB was like those small label stix with nice red marker handwritting... Remember I seeing it on 156 and 74 was long time ago...
I took SBS3644Z on 241 today and I noted that there is no perm stix but the number "241" is written in black marker near the steering wheel

Actually this redeployment already took effect when 903 turned WAB but not updated

When the government forced 900,903,912,913 to turn WAB. 300 and 806 left behind until April 2017.
BBDEP deployment patterns:
All new Wrights are perm from day 1 in BBDEP.
Examples:
SG5302J debuted 7 and is now perm 7.
SG5310K debuted 147 and is now perm 147.
SG5314A debuted 196 and was perm 196 (now redeployed to 147).
SG5360R debuted 201 and is now perm 201.
SG5356D is probably already perm somewhere based on this pattern.
I also noticed that BBDEP is reluctant to give SG-plated buses to 198.
