I don't recomment 169 and 969 going AM though, not that I 'dislike' 169 and 969 going AM but I think they are better off where they are.
If 169 goes back to AM there would be a chance that they would 'isolate' HC buses to split shift anyway like they did with the bendies which would mean the chances of 169 suffering from load problems will be back.
It seems like 169's loading isn't fixed either. I have seen a 1611R packed to the max and an empty 1612M behind before at 2200+.
For 858 there is still something to be 'worked on' before it can be handed over to AMDEP.

I dont prefer it either.858 is more to dead mileage issue..Wldep off service to CGA is quite a distance.969 is still okay in my opinion consider the number of A95s SMRT will received progressively.169,963,965 & 966 is better stay put with Wldep.
858 and 969 ply more Yishun and Eastern areas more than Woodlands so does make sense under Amdep/Lybp too.965 & 966 is a loop service.858 technically can change shift at CGA.

WLDEP is definitely taking the A95s...
