Hi mr hgdep103, you mean the soon-to-be-introduced 500 is from Sengkang to Boon Lay passing by both orchard and bukit panjang? If yes, then the soon-to-be-withdrawn service which passes by bukit panjang and orchard has an alternative service. So it is considered still ok la since it has an alternative service, albeit being absorbed into the middle section of a much longer service. Cheers. Thanks.
SBS6366G (service 941) had to reject one PIW just now due to already having one PIW onboard the bus... the lady BC even alighted and apologised to the PIW and ask him to wait for next bus...

SMB339J did 307A today for PM portion with 307 EDS.. BC had to tell every pax boarding that the bus ends at Opp CCK MRT...

Was at Changi Airport this evening and otw back to Yishun taking Svc 858. Around 8+.
SMB 335 U was half full when reach T3 and passengers alight, Half of the passengers queueing managed to board the bus. I waited in the queue to wait for the next bus which somehow a merely 10 - 15 mins. The queue was till Svc 36/Free shuttle service boarding queue at T3 until SMB 1302 H came.
Bus came packed, I boarded the bus
- Bus was already packed and the passengers behind me unable to board, only some passegers who were in a rush didn't queue and managed to board the bus.
- By the time reach T1 and T2, it is already full brim to the front door.
- Travelled along TPE till TPE bus stop, handful alight and some boarded the bus. again packed but nt to the front door. Reached Jalan Kayu Bus Stop, many alight and no standees all sitting down.
- Reached Yishun Sports Hall bus stop, crowded again. I alighted at Khatib MRT.
Question:
- Where is all the bendy deployed on Svc 858?
- I believe Svc 858 have potential of adding a few more bendies to be able to shorten the queue at Changi Airport
Anyways, while I was on board TIB1108A on Svc 188 with a friend yesterday, there is a smell similar to that of exhaust fumes or some gas that have similar smell. Is it normal for a bus to have such smell?

I believe with the number of buses and high frequencies,S858 is doing ok with 4-5 bendies as supplement..Airport working hours is very odd unlike office.1300,1400,1500,1600 can be packed also.
