Got once the bus driver suddenly stop the bus outside a bus stop and then say sorry to all the passengers. Then he switched off the bus engine and run to the nearby toilet.
Let's appreciate all our drivers. they work so hard until no time to pee :(
I've been taking 5 more often lately and I observed that 5's horrendous freuency attributes to the regular jam on PIE along Jalan Toa Payoh that seriously stretches its frequency. Whenever I board 5 at Simei (towards BM), I usually have to wait no longer than 6-12 mins during peak hours but it is only when I board 5 along Scotts Rd do I have to wait as long as 18-22 mins even during peak hours. What's worse is that more than half the time a packed SD shows up. Seriously, SBST should at least do us commuters justice by having 90% DD fleet during weekdays peak hours and not having the DD to SD ratio of 1. What's more frustrating than having to wait pretty long for a bus is to board a SD bus where's there's barely standing space.
