Good move. Certain AM slots can get upto 60-70 pax per bus, and this loading will increase given more flats are TOP and occupancy is on rise. Loading is higher towards Yishun than Sembawang.

but then off peak still 20 min a bus but with DD...
Should have one more additional split DD

Well... it was introduced way before its time... Just like 944 going empty right now... 944 will be packed to door in mid 2018... same way 883 spent many months with less than 10 pax on the bus or even totally empty buses.
Of course 883 is required for Canberra estate with the huge number of flats... just like 944 is required for BBT West town.

359:Need 2-3 peak hour DD to cope with St 11/51 loadings.
386:Problem is Edgefield/Edgedale roundabout which is not tri-axles DD friendly.
