171:3 DDs during peak hours and weekends.
184 & 903:2 DDs on permanent basis.

Amended or shortened yes but no for withdrawal.SG already bursting with people not to mention Foreign workers and new citizens. Those Northern Indian complain very powerful.CBP,IBP,Science Park they all request for more bus service all they will get.Our dear gahmen already invest in their country.
17A full fleet DD most of last week. Don't really need DDs given that parent service 17 also has DDs during the same time.

902 will be extended.
825 will be shortened to just Lentor Station as the whole route is entirely duplicated by 71.
400 and 402 are likely to become on-demand service.
There was a speculation that 14A and 14e will be integrated into just 14e, a bit the same size.

Impressed with ur analysis! Here are some thoughts:
902: May not be withdrawn. Heard frm an RP friend that Woodlands North MRT is behind the campus and not totally convenient. Hence this service will still be relavant, but is expected to have its operation time reduced more
825: May or may not be touched. Consider this: ppl commuting on NSL have to get to either woodlands or orchard to transfer to TEL to get to Lentor (for eg someone who works in amk/toa payoh but lives in lentor estate), which is not desirable. Hence 825 still serve as a feeder bus. Am thinking if its operation time be extended to 6am to 8pm daily.
167 & 980: These 2 services have caught my attention as they ply the entire same route with TEL for a large segment. Not sure if one of it would be amended. Maybe not. Look at those DTL services along bukit timah road, none was touched.
400 & 402: Not so easy to remove them. They are some of those services that have low demand but not no demand. Plus they are used for the on-demand trial thingy.
853C: Maybe the extra route to UEC can cut, plus now marine parade area quite connected with many routes liao
Maybe got some SWT that might be cut too

Problem with GAS they like to interlining from parent svc not seperate duty like TTS 143M.Same goes for 43M.

902 might be a full day svc and extend to Republic Crescent in future.
