10AP | 4 S1 | 1 S2 - Speed at reasonable, usually fast. Frequency cap at 6mins, buses are more on time and not so pack(*to the door*)
12AP | 4 S1 | 1 S2 - Speed very slow, can compare to a training bus. Frequency cap at 6mins, buses are sometimes on time or missing. Rather pack and sometimes pack to the door(SD)

Another format i heard is that the 2 duties from KJDEP will only do PM part, likely PM09 and PM10... which also means AM peak will have 2 less buses than PM peakBut then again rumours! Sharing what i heard here only :)
17 buses is just too much. Route is shorter than those woodlands intratowns and we have that many buses?! I suspect those spare OCs will be deployed on 307

40?More to 30-35kmh and some cases even stayput at bus stops for 2 mins.
Just for the under 10mins wait during peak hours every operators gone mad already..

The ideal will be 9 AP 2 S1 and 4 Peak Hour Suppliment...Peak hours suppliment can start from T2 to Int for East and West loop...Bunching and waiting times can be reduce.Instead of starting from Int this one is reversed..

It is all to do with lack of high capacity buses and being rigid on deploying DDs on feeders. 911 have 3 A22s and bendy bunch together within 02 mins, then no bus for 10-12 mins, then again 3 bus come together. This is because of check point traffic, so no use just adding buses when the back 2 buses have <10 pax.
Also to make WAB quota, had to take out NWAB bendy and replace with many A22s. Too many buses IMO and still commuters not happy, because many buses doesn't necessarily mean good frequency during peak hours when there is traffic and will cause massive bunching... keeping the frequency almost similar.

Agreed! 12 buses off-peak from current 8 leh, all resources really wasted during low loading period from 10am+ - 1pm and 3-4pm

Ya... Off peak alr can have 2 buses bunching together and less than 3 mins ltr another bus behind. What am I seeing next? 5 buses in 5 mins? Imagine this happening in AM Peak at opp cck mrt bus stop.. And there are passengers in every bus wanting to alight + private buses picking up ppl b4 bus stop bay. Traffic gg liao
291 ever had this issue before,Now already reduce 1 duty but can still see 3 buses within 4 mins timeframe

It was meant to have a headway of 4 mins per bus but sure screwed up one.. mad bunching will happen and buses will be travelling super slowly..9-10 will be about right...
