I have to say that LTA has far exceeded its own requirement of frequency on feeders. It said all feeders will have <10 mins frequency. Today, most of them operating at much higher frequencies.

Not surprised at all... Soon we will have SWTs with variants such as D and E also (looks like).
962 lost so many of its bendies and from a full fleet bendy at one point in time, now is 60-70% A22s. Definitely, the A22s cannot tank the peak hour load, so they have to launch the B and C variants to take care of the peak hour rush.
SMRT should try launching A95s on 962 on trial basis at least to see how they are doing. I am pretty sure it will be successful.

962A used to ply from Woodlands to Sembawang Dr since many years ago...somehow it is not reflected in the service guide, which could have meant that it was already withdrawn.
As for 962B, it was a looping SWT between Sembawang Dr and Admiralty St introduced 3 years ago (26 August 2013).

should have just terminate this 962C at admiratly mrt instead... make it more convenient for the paxes...
240M - 18 min frequency
222B - 31-45 mins frequency (two buses i think)
268B/C - 33-35 mins frequency (two buses)
compared to 12mins frequency for the 240P/268P/222P...
think should be similar case for 307A/912M.

Yeah im quite shocked by these frequencies. I thot it would be about the same to improve the efficiency, but it seems like it got longer, idk if it would be better?
962C plying Admiralty Stn would not be parallel to the parent route
Even 962B does not serve Sembawang Int either even when it parks there...

Looking at the logic of the SWTs, I dont think that would happen

I had exactly the same thought, but then it has to follow parent route as a SWT, I guess.

It's actually okay because PPSS was anyway an excess. 240 is already operating at a frequency of 06 mins with majority DD fleet. 222 even better frequency at 04-06 mins. And so and so. So current load is getting managed quite well.

They can easily make an exception. LTA is the boss mah. Further it is just for alighting only. Or put the SV as 962M.

All, they announce tengah town plans today. So should have bus interchange there in 5-6 yrs time. Cheers. Thanks.
No posters of 883 as of today...in fact people are still fighting for the houses there

One should most likely be from CCK. Since cck will be in the middle of 2 towns i hope there will be more services passing by like tampines. But first need to solve traffic problems before can introduce
Canberra estate service should be out soon as the BTO opens for occupancy this month.
