  I would rather make svc 68 start from Changi Village via Loyang Way,PSR to Punggol than Tampines..Can supplement svc 6 and 3.

  If it is UBI, i think main purpose would be to connect UBI north industrial estate to DTL3. UBI Ave 1 already has 63/M.

  Saw a Scania with a few BCs inside doing road test at Ubi Ave 1/2/3 Rd 3..And the same Scania again seen at entering Sims Dr

  Nope. Flat sales start in 2018 so they will only be completed in 2022-23. New bus routes and interchange likely start from then.

  Which bus operator do you think will get Tengah?

  I have a feeling it will be Bulim, when TT contract expires in 2021.

  Then Bukit Batok will be out of Bulim.

  Bulim Depot is very near to Tengah. Most likely Bulim will take Tengah and give away Bukit Batok or Jurong East to Clementi package.
