What will happen to 265, 268, 45, 185, 48 and 128 in future?

45,128,265 & 268 most probably will wait for YCK Int expansion.
48 will be shortened to either UEC or CBP Ter.
185 & 502 probably will end at JKN & BNL Int respectively.
If non-SBST win those package that end at SBST Depot how?

They will still stay.
265 & 268 is still AMDEP terminus, and since we have 265 & 268's having a same terminus, means SBST will win the tender. 45 & 128 is still terminating at AMDEP.

Unlikely due to loss of direct link from UEC Rd to Tanah Merah MRT, as well as a potential duplication with 47. If shortening to UEC is necessary, at least another service (such as 55) must replace the lost sectors.

Learn from Transperth lo. Their Route 75 belongs to Kalamunda package operated by Path Transit, but terminates at the Tower Transit-controlled Canning Vale Depot.

dun think this will be an issue... nowadays BCM depots are alway shared... seem like rojak like that...

There's 14 from UEC Rd to Tanah Merah, although more winding. Or 48 can always be diverted to UEC Ter via Tanah Merah and Bedok Rd.
The reason why 48 was amended to BNDEP from UEC was to connect Bedok South Ave 3 to Tanah Merah, but they now have 25 to Bedok.
48's sector between Tanah Merah and BNDEP, on the other hand, duplicates 2 and 9. The sole bus stop along Bedok North Ave 4 is close enough to the bus stops along Upp Changi Rd.

I don't think you are giving enough justice to the role of 48 in this sector.
48 serves as a supplement to these services. You better believe it when I say this, as both 2 and 9 can be heavily delayed by jams in Bedok, and this is where 48 steps in. If you realise carefully 48 almost always arrives at independent intervals from 2 and 9, so it does not bunch with the two. Deliberate or not, it shows how important 48 is for Simpang Bedok, esp during weekends when many ppl go there.
I'm puzzled by your choice of substitutes in the other sectors you mentioned, as none of them can be direct competitors against 48, they serve completely different groups. 25 is used for people who want to go to Bedok specifically, not those travelling on the MRT, where 48 would've brought them to TNM in much shorter time. 14's intended travellers aren't even those staying along UEC, rather most of its pax alight at Bedok Rd.
And to those wondering what will happen to 48, nothing will! Read the post carefully, it says no NEW svcs ley.
24:Serve inner parts of Ang Mo Kio and Serangoon before heading Airport through CTE/SLE/TPE
27:Serve inner parts of Hougang/Sengkang and express to Airport via TPE
36:Bukit Merah/Orchard/Marine Parade - Airport
34:Serve inner parts of Punggol/Pasir Ris and express to Airport via PIE
53:Serve Bishan/Sin Ming/AMK before express to Airport.
858:Serve Sembawang/Yishun before express to airport.
126:Tampines - Airport
164:Bedok/Simei - Airport
968:Woodlands/BPJ - Airport
48 extending to CBP is not a bad option. The route needs to be tweaked as follows:
Tanah Merah MRT
Bedok Road
Upper Changi Rd
Upper Changi Link
Somapah Road
Changi South Ave 1 (Expo MRT)
Changi South Ave 2
Changi Business Park Central
Changi Business Park Terminal.
* Duplicates svc 2 between Tanah Merah and Upper Changi, relieving some loading on svc 2
* Connects Upper Changi to Expo MRT
* Connects Expo/SUTD to Marine Parade/Bedok South/Bedok Simpang.
