  But i'm of the thought they either:
  1) didn't paste any Sv 13 stix at all. OR 
  2) they pasted the Sv 13 stix over the half-torn 'SV 130' stix & then removed only the Sv 13 stix that was pasted over. 
  
  Either way, the stix you quoted isn't the Sv 13 stix. While they did remove the Sv 21 perm stix in the "hidden compartment" in the meantime. 
  
  (anyway do KIV for AMDEP / BRBP / HGDEP's antics - because they have been removing perm stickers from alot of existing permers in the past few months for no reason even when their perm statuses didn't change - the ones you listed above are exceptions la)

  didnt notice about the sticker previously.. doesnt matter. it is a fact it is out of sv13 and running around YCK services, very often doing 72B/76 ....

  But yeah. Actually 8199J has been running around since Dec whereby it's constantly alternating between Sv 24 & 53 (during that period) with the torn stix you quoted. So that bus has been like... SP for quite some time I think

  Dun think it is 3710R timing. I never notice any DDS at this timing last year. 3481 might be doing 3710 slot though. Saw it many times on 130 also.

  Only SG5593K and SG5594H registered to GA as of now, the others are still unregistered...it's been months since the previous few Citaros are registered because of the oversupply of SDs.

  Don't forget that with the Choa Chu Kang-Bukit Panjang Bus Package, it is possible to see City Sightseeing Hippo bus on 61, 67, 172, 176, 180, 184, 188, 190, 300, 302, 308, 972, 979, 983 & 985, since RATP has a depot at the DTL Depot.
