Left 3 units ie SG5911B,SG5912Z & SG5913X TTS wanna take for what?If 974 were to use majority of SDs then SMRT have to transfer back those Citaro. Why the hell this SMRT wanna those 9 units of A95?To collect dust at depot?

How about service 85? Nice suggestion to as its the only GA service that covers Yishun. A SMRT territory.
GAS only have 9 units unless they kapo all the 3 A95 at Bulim.

@carbikebus. Agreed... Especially since they are concentrating on their fleet increment movement on DDs instead of SDs even they are shortages in the latter one.
SG5999Z at BNDEP.. Probably trial on service 222?
So, GA A95 perm SVC 12 & 12e?

I won't be surprised if it does sv 168 as the service has lots of people on the route that can benefit from the 2 stairs & 2 exits doors.
Go-Ahead should take one more unit of A95 since TTS is not interested.
Deploy for service 2:3 units
Service 12/12e:2 units each
Service 43/118:2 units each
1 bus act as spare fleet.
How about service 85?

85 in fact should use Citaro and B9TL.
Those A95 should be deployed with full fleet of B9TL.Too bad only 9 units can't do anything much unless it's random deployment
SG5856-5864 park back at the original storage places together with SG5911-5913...SMRT not enough space or what?
I wonder why 43M is using full B9TLs during off peaks. In my opinion, 43M should be a peak hour service & use citaros instead.
Ridership of 43M from S'goon to P'ggol is so low that buses are usually empty when in enters P'ggol Int. This also caused the demand for 43 (between S'goon & P'ggol in both directions) to be low.
LTA should call for more tenders for SDs as bus operators are lacking it.

Problem start when GAS lease too much DDs...But again they can always request to lta regarding of swapping their 10 SG B9TL DD with SMRT 10 SG A22 or Citaro if possible.
GAS service in my opinion that deserved full fleet DDs is service 2 & 118 only.
Majority DD minority SD would be service 6,12,43,62 & 85.
Half DD half SD would be service 17,83 & 518.
Majority SD minority DD would be service 3,12e,43M & 136.

ya true, but I think 12e & 43M should just be full SD.
If GAS can win in Hougang expect to see a lot of redeployment. Prepare for the return of KUBs to PSR and PGL routes.
this is one of the key problems of having BCM. Operators with a single contract are unable to "play" around with buses as their bus fleet is fixed. Whereas for incumbents, they can optimize their bus fleet around.

Since all WAB buses are owned by LTA,Euro V K230UB and OC500LE buses is possible for leasing too

Are SEDEP KUBs already owned by LTA or still SBST? Will they ever be painted green?

I got the feeling that for Bukit Merah package under SBST, there is a high chance that E4 K230UBs will still continue to run on 160/170. There might still be a mass WEG redeployment for 198 though.

Euro IV KUBs still have 7 more years left to serve. Right now, there is no time to register LG-livery Citaros for JB routes. Unlikely the JB perm buses will ever be painted in LTA colours too.
