Closest you can get is Sv. 138 from Ang Mo Kio, first you go to Bedok and take Sv. 25 DIRECT to Ang Mo Kio, before transferring to Sv. 138 which brings you to the zoo.
The only bus to the zoo from Kranji, service 926, only operates on Sundays and public holidays. Daily services are service 138 from Ang Mo Kio and service 927 from Choa Chu Kang.Originally posted by the Bear:try taking the MRT to Kranji then take the bus there lah

Yes, Sv. 926 only operates on Sundays and public holidays at a frequency of 30 mins.Originally posted by off_service:The only bus to the zoo from Kranji, service 926, only operates on Sundays and public holidays. Daily services are service 138 from Ang Mo Kio and service 927 from Choa Chu Kang.
Correction: Service 926 does not serve Kranji MRT station or Kranji area.Originally posted by off_service:The only bus to the zoo from Kranji, service 926, only operates on Sundays and public holidays. Daily services are service 138 from Ang Mo Kio and service 927 from Choa Chu Kang.
The faster way to get to the zoo is to board a train to Ang Mo Kio, and transfer to service 138 at the interchange.Originally posted by ^apple^:Anyone knows how to get to e Zoo frm e east??

Another alternative. You can take Sv. 969 from Tampines, alight at Yishun MRT station, get on Sv. 171 to Mandai Rd and change to Sv. 138 or Sv. 927(you will have to cross the road)Originally posted by tranquilice:The faster way to get to the zoo is to board a train to Ang Mo Kio, and transfer to service 138 at the interchange.
Alternatively, you can board a train to Choa Chu Kang via Jurong East, and transfer to service 927 at the interchange.
If you prefer to take buses all the way to the zoo, and if you are going there from Bedok, then you can board service 24 (to Ang Mo Kio) or service 67 (to Choa Chu Kang) outside Bedok MRT station, or service 25 (to Ang Mo Kio) at Bedok interchange. If you are going there from Simei, you can board services 9, 12 or 38 and transfer to service 24 (to Ang Mo Kio) outside Tanah Merah MRT station.
