They are NOT controlled by BNDEP due to the fleet. AMDEP has O405, Mk IV(all versions), VSOs and BRAM has O405, Scania N113CRB, Mk IV(2792K-2794E all on Sv. 8Originally posted by tranquilice:You are saying that services 8, 21, 28, 31 and 168 are not controlled by Bedok North depot?
Pls lah. Other buses also have spoilt seat counters! Not only 9672C!Originally posted by SBS9810X:Agreed!sbs9672c passenger counter spoilt..........

Anyway, tridents are problematic.Originally posted by SBS9818A:Pls lah. Other buses also have spoilt seat counters! Not only 9672C!
I tend to disagree with that. Apart that the engine is a little shaky when braking and stationary, I find the bus rather OK.Originally posted by SBS9810X:Anyway,tridents are problematic.
Yes, Tridents are good buses, pity SBST seems to be going the Volvo routes. I won't mind seeing at least 80 more Tridents on Singapore roads.Originally posted by off_service:I tend to disagree with that. Apart that the engine is a little shaky when braking and stationary, I find the bus rather OK.
But the tridents have their pros too.Like they are smooth and quiet. And the DM bodywork makes it look unique!Originally posted by SBS9818A:Yes, Tridents are good buses, pity SBST seems to be going the Volvo routes. I won't mind seeing at least 80 more Tridents on Singapore roads.
Nah... The counter problem is just based on the circuit, not the bus itself. Actually, Tridents are very smooth and nice. They could only be problematic if the engine is not maintained well, or the prolonged wear and tear, or what I mean is deterioration of engine, would cause such problems. I LIKE Tridents, that is why you could see the Trident stuffs as my signature! =P However I hope that Singapore would buy in some Tridents with Enviro 500 bodies. =)Originally posted by SBS9810X:Anyway,tridents are problematic.
Correct. Services 28 & 31 are also controlled by BNDEP.Originally posted by off_service:I do believe service 168 is partly with BNDEP. Some MK 4s are seen on other BNDEP services and of course, the occasional Scania N113s.
Ok... let's go through these svc numbers...Originally posted by tranquilice:You are saying that services 8, 21, 28, 31 and 168 are not controlled by Bedok North depot?
Why is service 21 controlled by one depot? Shouldn't it be controlled by Bedok North depot too?Originally posted by SBS9816E:21 is being controlled by AMKDEP, as I think most of the buses from St Micheal's Terminal are based on AMKDEP.
Well, yes. Service 21 is also controlled by BNDEP. Forgot to mention this particular service on my previous post.Originally posted by tranquilice:Why is service 21 controlled by one depot? Shouldn't it be controlled by Bedok North depot too?
Quite long ago our dear Airbus Captain was quite pissed over a Sca"x"nia (to most people x=n but some wants it to be m) cameo on 21.Originally posted by Superbus:Well, yes. Service 21 is also controlled by BNDEP. Forgot to mention this particular service on my previous post.
Haha. Don't discount the fact the N113CRB could have appeared as a cameo from BRAM.Originally posted by SBS9819Y:Quite long ago our dear Airbus Captain was quite pissed over a Sca"x"nia (to most people x=n but some wants it to be m) cameo on 21.
