Withdraw of CSS 607

  CSS 607 which plies from St Michael's to New Bridge Road will be withdrawn with effect from Sunday, 3 August 2003. The last day of its operation will be on Saturday, 2 August 2003.

  Wonder what will happen to the Nissan Diesels and DAFs.

  My guess is they will go over to TIBs main service .

  If they are, should be re-registered at Tibs.
  
  But I certainly hope they will get new buses and not the slow Nissan Diesels. If only the body can be lighter.

  As far as I know, service 607 does not use ND buses, it uses DAF buses, correct me if I'm wrong.

  Yes, Sv. 607 uses DAF SB220LT buses. Although someone once saw CSS 294H(U31SCN) on it a few days ago.
