With the recent TIBS reshuffling due to NEL, it might be useful to track what are the fleet movements and changes noticed so far. I start off here. The list will grow as and when I notice them.

TIB 1052 B was on sv 962
TIB 1056 R was on sv 912 -
TIB 817 T seems to be a permanent 851 bus now. TIB 583 S is also newly permanent on service 855.
KJDEP to WDLDEP

TIB 426 M (spotted on 857 today)
The unique ex-189 TIB 426 M is now in WDLDEP. This bus has been bounced around the various depots since it was procured.
It seems like service 189 buses are being ripped up to go all sorts of places. E.g. the Hino Volgrens went to 985, TIB426M went to WDLDEP etc.
My guess is that service 189 received all the ex-185 DAF's. I do not stay anywhere near to 189 route so I cannot confirm my guess. Can anyone confirm my guess for me? -
Now both TIBS and SBST are going crazy shuffling buses around the island. Sv. 189 may be getting DAFs, wonder why Sv. 985 didn't get DAFs? TIB 426 M went all over the place. First on 854 at AMKDEP. I witnessed the first two O405's roll into AMKDEP with no license plates during their delivery ride while I was working there. Today's Update:

TIB 1065 P (Permanent on 854)
TIB 817 T changed skin from "No Smint No Kiss" to "PhoenixCall 1516". It looks virtually identical to TIB 813 D now.
TIB 973 A and TIB 1096 A on 851 today.. I have a feeling that these and all ex-61 and ex-106 bendies would be settled down into service 804 once the bendy U-turn at Yishun Ave 1 completes.

Also overheard from a 106 driver telling his friend on the bus that even the current 106 route is temporary and either 106 or 77 may be totally cut or merged. Also said that Marina Square area is too crowded with 7 TIBS services going in, the number would be reduced.

I think that the current route of services 97, 106, 111 and 502 are temporary. As I expect, services 97 and Express 507 may merge. And services 77 and 106 may merge. -
Is 989E a permanent bus on service 190? 2 months ago it was on service 176.

I guess so. I had seen TIB426M on Services in Yishun with that weird rounded, especially brown-tinted window for a very long time until recently. Yes it had. All the way. In fact it was the only distinguishable feature between the two prototype buses when they first arrived at AMKDEP in CBU state (later to become known as 425R and 426M). Interestingly there was a mistake in the delivery of the prototypes. TIBS ordered two prototypes, one Air-con and one Non-aircon. Somewhere along the way the order got screwed a bit and Hispano bodied both with fixed windows and slapped a Hispacold each on both prototypes. But we wouldnt mind since it means more air-con buses, do we? :p Otherwise 426M would have been a Non-aircon bus initially.
The replacement prototype for a Non-aircon O405 didnt arrive until much later as TIB725A. -

Yes definitely OF1417's. Distinctive engine noise and higher floorboard than the B57's. And the merc logo on the radiator for confirmation. They were leased to TIBS for normal route duties and considered part of TIB's operational fleet during the period of lease so obviously they were driven by TIBS drivers themselves.
They were used mostly in Sembawang and Yishun services as substitute buses. 169, 167, 800, 801, 802, 803 etc. They could only be used in these services because TIBS only printed the desto plates for these services specially for use on the OF1417's.
