Yes the early mercedes buses were simply horrible. I could hardly hear myself shout amid the howl of the early merc engines especially the LP1113's. The OF1417 was the first acceptable mercedes bus.

Update: Kranji Depot will take over the full fleet of Service 184 from Woodlands Depot in a few months' time. Be prepared to see Hino or DAF on Service 184 in future. If you spot DAF bus on 184, remember to shoot this bus for me. Thanks!

Update: Kranji Depot will take over the full fleet of Service 184 from Woodlands Depot in a few months' time. Be prepared to see Hino or DAF on Service 184 in future. If you spot DAF bus on 184, remember to shoot this bus for me. Thanks!

It would be a definitely interesting to take a Lance that express all the way to the end of Lim Chu Kang road on a 2 lane road, but i hope it would not be perm, cos the engine would tend to heat up over such a distance and the rolling hills and the road may make the LAnce vibrate quite a bit. Eh?! Since when KJ acquired Lances? I didn't know that! I know that KJDEP is full of MB O.405, O.405G, DAF and Hino HS3KRKA. Unless TIBS demanded AMKDEP to transfer Lances to KJDEP...

No Volgren Bendies unless they are transferred Most of the Bendy Buses will be Hispano Bodied (original / smiley) and Habit buses. 12m buses for Saturdays will be affected. From full MB to maybe DAFs/Hinos/MBs.
