Transport Minister: No new public bus company to be set up.

It was mentioned in the papers that there will not be a new public bus company.
It was reported that the reason was simply Tibs, before merger with SMRT Corp, is a profit-making organisation. Therefore, there is no need for a new bus company.
Correct me if I'm wrong. -
