I think service 166 won't be affected by CCL. i think those affected are sbstransit 82,103 and 147 bec they all have some simliar route as the ne line .

107 - Marina Ctr to Hougang Central
62 - Punggol Int to Geylang Lor 1 (Loop)
82 - Punggol Rd End to Serangoon Int (alternative services 100, and 147)
103 - Ammended to operate from Serangoon Int and integrated with 378 and 379
378 and 379 - Withdrawn
As such, Jalan Kayu Ter will be closed down. -
I think there will probably be a 103greenplate and 103whiteplate to serve the East and West Camps separately.
Serangoon Int will be very crowded? -
i think 82 should not be amended.

I am confused with the poster, the map shows service 103 going both to east and west camp. As stated in the online guide, service 103 will serve east camp while service 103X will serve west camp. Note that the new route duplicate service 326 from Hougang Ave 1 to Ave 6, which mean service 326 may be withdrawn when Hougang South interchange closes down. -
That's the main intention of SBST in the future, I think. So Sv. 103 WILL have two plates (green/white) just because of Seletar East/West Camp? It will be very confusing.
Sv. 62 total distance covered is more-or-less the same, it cut short to Geylang Lor 1 and extend to Punggol MRT. -

What I mean is, service 62 is to use Sengkang East Drive which is at the eastern edge of Rivervale, but Rivervale Drive or Punggol Rd should be more appropriate as there is more traffic flow there. i think that sbst would cut off 1 or 2 services due to nel reasons and maybe introduced new services in the west,central & east areas.

This is already the final phase of the NEL rationalisation though they might still change the routes of more services in the future under so-called "usual changes to serve commuters better".
