Yes I know that. I rather spend a long time on a service 166 Volvo bus than service 74's or 165's buses.Originally posted by foxtrot1985:But the route from MacRitchie to AMK for 165 and 166 are longer than 74's most of the time...
I think service 166 won't be affected by CCL. Services 22, 24, 70, 80 and 93 are those which face the highest chances of being amended or even withdrawn after CCL starts operation.Originally posted by off_service:Yes I know that. I would be very sad if sv 166 is affected by the upcoming circle line.
You are too freeOriginally posted by off_service:I grew up with sv 166. I always choose sv 166 over sv 74 and 165 which also go AMK.
I am confused with the poster, the map shows service 103 going both to east and west camp. But on the new SBST travel guide, it stated that service 103 only goes to east camp.Originally posted by oliver_yuen87:I think there will probably be a 103greenplate and 103whiteplate to serve the East and West Camps separately.
Serangoon Int will be very crowded?
Service 82 route after Hougang MRT will be covered by service 107 except Bendemeer Rd and Crawford St.Originally posted by alantanchunshyan:i think 82 should not be amended.
I don't expect service 62 to be affected as it don't duplicate the NEL. Come as a shock.Originally posted by oliver_yuen87:The changes are out at www.transitlink.com.sg
Services 107 (wef30Nov), 62(wef 7Dec), 82, 103, 378 and 379 are affected
New Routes
107 - Marina Ctr to Hougang Central
62 - Punggol Int to Geylang Lor 1 (Loop)
82 - Punggol Rd End to Serangoon Int (alternative services 100, and 147)
103 - Ammended to operate from Serangoon Int and integrated with 378 and 379
378 and 379 - Withdrawn
As such, Jalan Kayu Ter will be closed down.
I think the guide is not updated completely yet...look at svc 62, still terminates at New Bridge Rd terminal.Originally posted by tranquilice:I am confused with the poster, the map shows service 103 going both to east and west camp. As stated in the online guide, service 103 will serve east camp while service 103X will serve west camp. Is it really going to be implemented using different colour plates?Originally posted by oliver_yuen87:I think there will probably be a 103greenplate and 103whiteplate to serve the East and West Camps separately.

The route is not updated for direction 2.Originally posted by bendy2003:I think the guide is not updated completely yet...look at svc 62, still terminates at New Bridge Rd terminal.
I don't understand why service 62 must ply Sengkang East Drive? Can't it ply Rivervale Drive or Punggol Rd which has more passengers?Originally posted by oliver_yuen87:The changes are out at www.transitlink.com.sg

So Sengkang residents would not complain about being under-served.Originally posted by tranquilice:I don't understand why service 62 must ply Sengkang East Drive? Can't it ply Rivervale Drive or Punggol Rd which has more passengers?
What I mean is, service 62 is to use Sengkang East Drive which is at the eastern edge of Rivervale, but Rivervale Drive or Punggol Rd should be more appropriate as there is more traffic flow there. Sengkang East Drive will has low demand as one side is the new blocks of flats while the other side is Serangoon river.Originally posted by SBS9818A:So Sengkang residents would not complain about being under-served.
Same rationale. They don't want commuters to complain in the future causing them more embarrasement.Originally posted by tranquilice:What I mean is, service 62 is to use Sengkang East Drive which is at the eastern edge of Rivervale, but Rivervale Drive or Punggol Rd should be more appropriate as there is more traffic flow there. Service 87 won't be affected, it even may be extended to Punggol in the future.Originally posted by FireIce:dun touch 87 can liao.....
