How do you know it's coming soon?Originally posted by oliver_yuen87:Phase 4 of CCL (Coming soon too!)
Consists of stations from Marymount to Bouna Vista? Will there be a phase 5 for Bouna Vista to Haborfront?
Yes, Marymount and Buona Vista would have low pax demands. I am inclined to think the phase from HBF to Dhoby Ghaut would be covered by NEL, so no need for a fifth phase, it would complicate things.Originally posted by tranquilice:How do you know it's coming soon?
Of course, there will be a phase from Buona Vista station to HarbourFront station, and the last phase from HarbourFront station to Millenia station.
The stretch between Marymount and Buona Vista will be making a loss as it passes thru mainly private estates (ie. Adam Rd, Bt Timah Rd, Sixth Ave etc.)
The last phase is actually from HarbourFront to Millennia via Keppel and Marina South.Originally posted by SBS9818A:Yes, Marymount and Buona Vista would have low pax demands. If it ends at HarbourFront, then it's not called Circle Line after all.Originally posted by Superbus:The CCL will cover HarbourFront to Millenia as well? I never knew that. AFAIK, the CCL will end at HarbourFront. Is there any official website which states it covers HarbourFront to Millenia?

Oh, I get it now.Originally posted by tranquilice:For your information, the line between Dhoby Ghaut and Millenia is the branch line of CCL, while the line to and fro Millenia in a circle is the main CCL line. Millenia station will be the only station which has both the main and branch lines.
Yes. But the most affected should be those HarbourFront - Pasir Panjang services, which are services 10, 30, 143 and 188.Originally posted by off_service:If stages 4 and 5 are finished, many HarbourFront to Clementi, Pasir Panjang, Boon Lay and Jurong East services will be affected.
If possible the CCL should ply Telok Blangah. The AYE stop is outside NUH or at Normanton Park?Originally posted by tranquilice:Yes. But the most affected should be those HarbourFront - Pasir Panjang services, which are services 10, 30, 143 and 188.
The route between Buona Vista and HarbourFront has not been announced. I have 2 versions of the route:
Version 1: North Buona Vista Rd, South Buona Vista Rd, Pasir Panjang Rd, Telok Blangah Rd. This is the most possible route, but will has low demand as it via South Buona Vista area.
Version 2: North Buona Vista Rd, AYE, Alexandra Rd, Telok Blangah Rd. This may has more demand from Science Park 1 and Normanton Estate, but the route alignment is twist and turn.
Aiya, you just suka-suka go Bedok for 998Y sure can see one. 2888T also very easy, just camp at Pasir Ris. Not sure about 997A though. if i'm not wrong, singapore's future transport system will be a rail network complemented by buses that link commuters to MRT stations (i.e. something like feeder buses)Originally posted by carbikebus:haiya,i hope that if the entire rail systems is in operation, they don't necessarily cut-off the buses systems cause i know that some people just don't like to take the train.by the way,is anyone of you there had photos of sbst volvo mk4 articulated&longbus and volgren scania L94ub in full sbst colours?appreciated if you can e-mail these photos to me,thanks a lot, bro's.
Yes, I expect CCL to ply part of Telok Blangah, my proposed stop is at the junction of Telok Blangah Rd and Henderson Rd, this stop will serve nearby residents of Telok Blangah Drive, Heights, St 31 and St 32.Originally posted by SBS9818A:If possible the CCL should ply Telok Blangah. 997A is last seen by me on service 62 last month. But from 07 Dec onwards, we will see if it's still on this service.Originally posted by SBS9818A:Aiya, you just suka-suka go Bedok for 998Y sure can see one. 2888T also very easy, just camp at Pasir Ris. Did 997A first plied on service 107? (I can't remember, I only know it plied on service 174 and now on service 62)Originally posted by SBS9818A:Maybe back to Sv. 107 like the good old days when it was a "demonstrator".
Yes. It started on service 107. It also did time on service 76. Someone had written to ST Forums complaining why the "normal" B10Ms were so slow compared to this "super-long" B10M that easily overtook the bus he was on.Originally posted by tranquilice:Did 997A first plied on service 107? The Superlong 14.5m B10M (SBS 997 A) served these services in 1995:Originally posted by Yusry:Yes. It started on service 107. It also did time on service 76.
