Duplicating service 13?Originally posted by SBS9818A:Why CTE when it can go by AMK Ave 8, and Bishan Rd? Then down Braddell Rd and going to Upper Serangoon, then Bendemeer!
Sembawang already has a service to New Bridge Road. Namely service 167. It doesnt TERMINATE at New Bridge Road terminal, but serves the area.Originally posted by alantanchunshyan:yishun has 851 to new bridge road.woodlands has 961.choa chu kang has 190.bukit batok has 61.bukit panjang has 970.maybe sembawng should also has a bus service to new bridge road.any suggestions or comments?

No. Sv. 13 goes by AMK Ave 6. Currently there is no bus linking AMK Int with Bishan.Originally posted by tranquilice:Duplicating service 13?
Actually can take 13 and alight opp AMK library and walk for about 5-10 minutes if want to go to AMK interchange.Originally posted by SBS9818A:No. Sv. 13 goes by AMK Ave 6. Currently there is no bus linking AMK Int with Bishan.
Note I mentioned AMK INT, not Ave 6, not Ave 8, etc.Originally posted by foxtrot1985:Actually can take 13 and alight opp AMK library and walk for about 5-10 minutes if want to go to AMK interchange.
Then 88 also goes from Bishan to Ang Mo Kio MRT right? Alternatively, also can take 53 55 or 156 further down bishan rd to change to 162 if want a faster journey... Of course the fastest is still the MRT if you want to go travel between AMK and Bishan.
True, that is QUITE an expected answer.Originally posted by foxtrot1985:Then SBS Transit will probably tell you to change bus and take 1 stop to get to the interchange. That translates to more $$$
